Very disappointed with the front desk staff working there! First incident was when I called in to renew my prescription for an allergy Epi Pen and the employee rudely told me they have no knowledge of the me taking or needing this medication. She made me feel like I would be asking for some type of drug that I could be selling on the street and not a life threatening allergy med. Next morning went in-person to show her the old pen with clearly written dr.s name from there. Second incident was when I was trying to obtain my husbands test results while he was dealing with severe back pain. Was calling every day for week and was told the same, "no results yet." Finally, after a week I called the place where the xrays were taken and found out that results were faxed a week ago. Called back Virtua and told them that and then the front desk person acknowledged receipt and apparently the doctor has reviewed it but no one bothered to call and the worse kept telling me that they havent received yet. Almost every time we call, they keep us on hold for 10-15 minutes, too. Our family loved Dr. Chen who has left a while and were trying to give a try to the other doctors but the lately experience with the front desk staff may take our business elsewhere.

If I could give this place no stars I would. They never answer their phone, they messed around for the weeks with a referral that was desperately needed. I was in a major car accident and called for a hospital follow up and they tried to book it a month out. Whenever you call for a sick appointment they tell you to go to urgent care. Doctors leave after a short time. One doctor tried to give me a referral for a psychiatrist for ADHD because I told them I was having trouble concentrating after the accident. Mind you this was a major wreck. Car totaled, airbags deployed, possible concussion. The worst. Honestly no doctor at all is better than those doctors.

No one EVER answers the phones ( I will usually hang on the phone for 4 to 7 minutes) Needless to say I hang up the phone!! You leave messages and no one calls you back! I asked for a referral 2 days in advance and to call me back to confirm that it was sent out. No one called me back and when I went to my Specialist Appt. there was NO Referral in their system!! I never get an appt. with my Dr. always someone different. I had also called them for a "Hospital Follow-Up" and they did NOT give me an appt. until 1 month later!!!! Dont waste your time! You will die before they contact you!!!!!!!! So disappointed!

First of all, doctors dont last more than 2 years there which is VERY frustrating. Second, its hard to get someone on the phone and forget about getting a return call. Lastly, the straw that broke the camels back was when I called for an appointment for my son who was sick, I was told that they dont have any sick appointments for the day. They suggested I go to emergency. WTF !? Why are they there then? Im done with Virtua of Mansfield NJ.

Doctors rotate thru this office every few months. My primary Dr Devers is great however hes only there 1.5 days a week making it impossible to get an appointment with. The office never calls back and as I write this review Im on hold with the practice for almost 8min now.

I have only been to this office once. But every time I have called they were always so nice and helpful, the staff seemed very nice and the doctor Tanya was wonderful. Very nice and she was very talkative which I like. Im happy I choice this office for my MD!

Nurse was very nice, but not only did I wait an hour, they rescheduled my appointment twice after Id scheduled it a month and a half in advance. Good facilities but Id schedule early if possible to avoid long wait times.

Horrible.. dont call, dont waste your time. I left 5 messages, not a single call back. Forget trying to get ahold of a real person. Go somewhere, anywhere but this place.

Was asked to come in for blood test results when there was no need. Had to ask twice for my prescription to be renewed and then it was not renewed correctly.
