The first time I went there, both the receptionist and nurse practitioner were very nice. However, I found out the next day that they filled out my paperwork incorrectly. I went back to have it corrected, but I was told that they couldnt do that as the nurse practitioner who evaluated me wasnt there without paying the whole fee again even though I explained that the fault was with Aria and not me. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told that none were available, even though the second nurse practitioner called one. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!

This place does not diserve a star, and it definitely does not deserve my time. I visited this place this morning, but they were closed. I received a card when I visited previously that said that they open at 9 am, however, they were closed. I then returned this evening at 6:40 pm. Now, they are supposed to close at 7 pm. They REFUSED to see me. They told me that they see their last patients at 6:45, but it was not yet 6:45. They were very rude and disrespectful. I will NEVER visit there again.

I called ahead to ask how long the wait would be because I would need to bring my newborn with me. The receptionist put me on the list and I got called back upon arrival. I so much appreciated it and loved that I could get my prescription filled without leaving the store.

Took my 3 year old there tonight for pink eye everyone was very nice we were in and out. It took longer to fill out the paperwork. Will be using them again, it is/was very convenient and fast.
