******THIS OFFICE STAFF IS TERRIBLE AND I HOPE THAT A DR THAT CARES THAT WORKS THERE SEES THESE REVIEWS AND REACHES OUT TO THESE PATIENTS**** YOU NEED A NEW OFFICE MANAGER AND TO FIX THESE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR PATIENTS IN THAT OFFICE**** My husband is a Marine Veteran with PTSD and was getting services outside the VA for a second opinion through In Health Associates. He only had 4 approved visits that were paid for then after his evaluation he may be able to extend for two years of services. He called to cancel the rest of his appointments and he specifically told the lady I am only aloud 4 and need to see what happens with my evaluation. He got a call the following week to confirm his next appointment which he "already canceled" the week before and was at work and already has a bad memory. Theyre sending a bill for $135 for a missed appointment that he CANCELED! He called to talk with someone and explain hes sorry that the lady made a mistake and misunderstood him or didnt realize he had multiple appointments set up and only cancelled the one and basically said too bad we called and you didnt call and he owes the money. We called again and never received a call back. This is a disgrace and sad on your company and very poor customer service. The 4 visits my husband had he enjoyed and for a mistake on your end that is now affecting my husband even more for a bill he does not deserve when he did the right thing and he cancelled over a week in advance. This left a bad taste in our mouth especially if this is how you treat your patients. All were asking is to do the right thing and remove this balance from his account and hopefully he could come back to those services he needs. Thank You UPDATE: Long and Short of the story...My husband called and tried to explain to the office manager what happened and she didnt want listen to a thing and laughed at him and called him "silly". (remember this is a therapists office and she is talking to the Drs. patients this way. She has no idea what could trigger the patients). Karen T. really likes her authority that goes a long with the title of "Office Manager" she would not connect us to anyone above her. We wrote a letter to the owner of the practice and to find out the office manager opens the mail even though it was directed to Kathy. First we were told they never received the letter which would seem normal because we spoke about Karen T. in the letter so of course "it never arrived" why would she give that to her boss. Then on another call they did receive it but the didnt read it and sent it to collections. We received a letter that was supposedly written by Kathy saying that she is aware of the ENTIRE situation in detail and we are no longer to contact them. This is coming from the owner and im really hoping she doesnt know what happened in detail because then they would have some serious ethical issues if she know her patients are being treated horrible and that she knows that my husband left a couple calls for a call back from his therapist to speak to him about a medical issue and they never sent it to the Doctor. Stay far away and were still working on this issue that has caused unneeded stress and its not about the payment anymore...its about standing up for whats right and if this establishment is treating one patient this way (there are other reviews of the same problem) I cant sit back and let patients that are trying to get help be treated this way.

Horrible! After over 10+yrs seeing Dr. Nielsen, my autistic son and I were "fired" as patients. I was only made aware of this when I called (as directed by his wife Kathleen) to get our scripts renewed because at our Dec 2016 appointment her hand was bothering her from a cut she got that day! I ended up hospitalized for a week due to being stripped of all my meds, one of which was for my seizure disorder! Even while I was at the hospital, these disgusting people would not release my records. Even now, I can not obtain copies for my son and I because they charge $1.00 per page. You can only imagine what the cost would be for 10-15yrs of documentation for the two of us. Run for the hills before thinking of going to this joke of a practice.

I almost always have to wait 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen and the doctor is rude and apathetic
