The office staff are HORRIBLE....well more accurately the lady who sits on the far right while facing the counter who worse still appears to be the office manager (starts with D) ends with an "on a". In the waiting room we could clearly hear her using condescending words and a disrespectful tone when talking to the other employees. I do not want or need to hear people being disrespected like that! That being said the real reason I spent my time on here to write a negative comment is that today I had to wait at the hospital for over half an hour for the same lady to fax a stat order for a test....the intake lady at the hospital had to call twice and I had to call as well gave the fax number and still nothing for half an hour.....Perhaps if the office was managed by a respectful and professional individual patients care would not take a back seat. A stat order for a test while I am in terrible pain and sent directly to hospital by my doctor....there is absolutely no excuse for that not being done immediately. That is what stat means!

Dr Sarwar has been extremely patient and willing to take the time I need to talk with him when I have an appointment. . Its not the easiest thing to get the right medication for my R.A. but he is always wanting to try whatever it takes to get me relief. He is also so kind and so when I go there in pain, I feel as if he really hears me.. I sincerely appreciate him and his knowledge of Rheumatology .

I have had no problems with the services since it was the Sparta Medical Associates and still have yet to have a single problem since it got taken over by Premier Health. Staff is always friendly and any procedures performed have always yielded success. Scheduling is never a hassle and billing has been painless. If you need a doctor for any reason, look no further.

This practice has been my familys choice of doctors for about ten years. We can get appointments on very short notice and have had no issues with billing. Drs. Medunick and Bronstein in particular are kind, compassionate, and thorough. Also, the practice includes a variety of specialists. We love Premier Health Associates.

This used to be Sussex County Medical Associates, after it was taken over by Premier Health - Ive had nothing but problems with their billing department (and I have excellent insurance) - and cannot make an appointment for a physical within 5 months. Just terrible...wake up and find yourself a new doctor.medical practice.

If you smoke Do not see this doctor. 3 times they were supposed send meds to pharmacy and didnt. If you smoke he will not take you seriously. He will talk to you like you are his child and blow off all your questions

i cancelled an appt 2 days ahead and they STILL charged me $100..plus late fees when I tried to fight it! HORRIBLE customer service
