Dr. Greenstein has been serving as my parents primary care doc for over 10 years. He has been a true partner in their care. He has been available to me day and night to troubleshoot some very challenging situations and is really invested in working through solutions that make the most sense. He is an excellent diagnostician and is unbelievably compassionate with both patients and family members. My parents feel that he is professional, proactive, respectful of his patients, and caring beyond belief. His communication is excellent and his use of technology makes my life much easier. We consider ourselves so fortunate to have him as our primary care doc.

Good luck getting care when you really need it. Their staff never answers the phone. They return calls late. Be careful about them sending you to Quest for tests. Twice they failed to transmit the prescription.You end up waiting for a couple hours for a routine test because they did not transmit.. Then you wait another two hours just see the the Dr for a few mins to review the tests. If you do get to see him, the visit is curt without much careful attention. Basically, this office seems to be over booked and under staffed. Looking for a new GP after a few years of dealing with this.

I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Greenstein as my primary care physician for several years. He is professional, polite, and exceptionally knowledgeable. The office is never over crowded and the appointments are typically taken very quickly. The staff has been wonderful and very attentive. When using the electronic health record portal, Dr. Greenstein has been excellent in responding promptly. Beth is a fantastic nurse practitioner. I highly recommend Dr. Greenstein and his practice.

Dr. Marc Greenstein is one of the most caring physicians I have met in my 43 years in the medical profession. He is the Primary physician for my 90 year old mother. He is very patient with her and takes the time to listen. When we call the office with a concern/question we always get a response by the end of the day. None of this is true for the 4 other South Florida physicians Mom went to prior to Dr. Greenstein. He is a gem and we feel so blessed to have found him.

Dr. Greenstein is a doctor of a rare breed. He takes his time with his patients and actually listens. There is no rushing you out the door or "drive by" doctoring. He is also very responsive to messages left on his on-line web portal, and has even responded to messages within minutes of sending them. He is judicious with his prescribing and does his best to choose the absolute best medication for his patients. I am lucky to have found such an amazing doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Greenstein for over 20 years. I have never had to wait very long to be seen. He is professional, listens and answers any questions I may have. His office staff is friendly and accommodating. He always gives written orders at the end of your visit for labs or test. I find Dr Greenstein friendly and knowledgeable. As a nurse for many years Im very comfortable with him being my doctor. I highly recommend him.
