I would like to make it clear that I had to give 1 star rating in order to be able to make my comments but I really rate this office the horrible staff and this unhumaine doctor a zero. The office is over crouded because the do not refuse taking un any new patients and its only to gain more money off the suffering of cancer patients that are looking for a better quility of life. This is the most unprofessional office sraff I have ever seen. After weeks of calling and going back and forth with them and not getting any type of helpful response exept for the obvious one of it is no us it is the issurance that has not approved treatment yet, the last straw was actually going in to ask in person and being told "she will get called for an appointment when she gets called". This came after them letting us know that her chemo meds were already in the office and ready. Results of a Pet scan that was performed was given 2 and 1/2 weeks later when she was finally getting her first chemo treatment without even getting her blood work prior to it. She is currently hospitalized fighting for her life and this horrible office has not even made contact to follow up with any of the family. They do not care about any of their patients. I hope that they themselves never have to go through something like this cause then and only then will they know how horrible they made not just a patient feel but an entire family. I will look into legal counseling to see if there is anything that can be done. My advise to all those who read this" Dont go for treatment of any kind to this doctor if you really value your health.

My mother is a cancer patient awaiting to get treated! After many attempts in our behalf to find out if treatment has been approved by the insurance we were told that yes it has been approved and they have received the medication for quemoteraphy. We asked when is she starting her treatment And the answer was that we had to wait with no further explanation. meanwhile we are still waiting on a pet scan result that was done two weeks ago and still no call from the office as of when is the appointment to go over the results. As a cancer patients the least we want to go through is the uncertain of not knowing whats next. The office should be responsible for all the coordination of the appointments and providing the patient with all the resources and information available , for examples, the Cancer Patient Navigator, etc... Its embarrassing that a cancer patient like my mother and many others have to go through this in addition to the difficult time they are going through. Further more I am voicing out this complain with the purpose of making aware the person responsible for maintaining/ updating this website due to lack of communication with the office manager after many attempts. Thank you!!!

Avoid this place at all cost! By far, the worst run doctor’s office Ive ever seen. It would seem as though this doctor is in the habit of overbooking patient appointments. There are only about 8 chairs inside the compact office waiting area. There are always 8 to 10 people standing outside waiting to be called because there is no room for them on inside. Incredibly nasty, despotic employees greet patients coming to this doctor. Ask one of these employees a simple question and they will bark at you like a junkyard dog. This office is managed and run like the doctor’s office’s you would find in hell holes such as Cuba. Avoid this place at all cost!

The best decision that I made when I received my breast cancer diagnosis was to be treated by Dr. Diaz-Rangel. He was first and foremost kind, extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns and was always able to make me laugh while receiving chemotherapy. I was treated kindly by all his office workers and especially loved his chemo nurse. As an RN myself I would highly recommend Dr Diaz-Rangel.

I cant thank Dr. Rangel enough for what he has done for me! He is one of the few specialist who has expressed a genuine concern for his patients. His knowledge of Oncology is considerable. He will tell you exactly what to expect of your cancer treatment. He informed me that my PSA would go down next to nothing and long behold, it did! Next to God, Dr. Rangel has been my go to Dr. I confide in him very much!

He has great bed side manners and treats everyone with respect and very professional. He is the best Hematologist and Oncologist you will ever find in Miami. Thank you.

the speed of service is horrible. There was a guy who was here at the office who had an appointment at 11am and left around 5pm! The waiting room is always full. And even if you arrive in time, chances are you will have to wait for at least an hour or more! Whats the point of having an appointment then? They need to fix that.

The staff and Doctor Luis Diaz Rangel have been so positive with my aunt who is a Breast Cancer survivor. From the beginning the doctor has been so professional and very encouraging till this day with all the check ups she has. Definetly suggest others that are looking for a great doctor to go see him.
