Never waster your time here. I got better service at the helth department than here. Dr Klien should be ashamed of being a doctor. I once went in with my mom to get a pap smear on a normal day where Dr Klien likes to rush in his patients. Her results were inconclusive and mine showed there werent enough cells taken. I had to retake it again and made them agree to pay for it this time. Ive been fighting (and still am after 9 months) with bills and collector agencies telling me i have to pay for a bill that he should be paying. Another thing, my mother knew she had a paintful and big fibroma because Dr Klien said she did. He did a sonogram and he couldnt find it. In the end, he didnt recommend her to get surgery and lied to her and said "insurance will only cover the surgery if its this big (he shows a picture of a HUGE and unlikely fibroma). He didnt help my mother at all after that and he didnt explain to her any options to take care of it and how important it was to get surgery. He just didnt have the time to help her. She was smart and went to another doctor. The result: They found a fibroma in her the size of a grapefruit, a cyst in her ovary 5 cm big, and insurance did cover the surgery. If you rely on Dr Klien for anything medical and urget, youre better off just digging your own grave. In all, Dr Klien is a doctor who rushes his patients, doesnt want to deal with serious health problems, doesnt have time to answer questions, and hurts the hell out of you when he jams the plastic thing in your intimate area. Also, everything you hear about waiting in the filthy lobby for hours is true. I completely have no respect for this place.

The level of care there leaves something to be desired. It seems Dr. Klein is money hungry by the way he adds doctors and patients to his office. The waiting room is always packed and hot, so much so that there are pregnant ladies who cant even sit down. I have NEVER waited less than an hour for the appointment there and the ladies who work behind the desk are rude and annoyed by everything. You can never get a call back when you leave a message. I had an insurance question and left three messages. Nothing, no call back! The medical assistants are overworked and barely acknowledge your presence when you go in to sit down and do your vitals. The last time I had a pap they forgot to send in the sample so I had to do it all over. The last and final reason that I switched was their new addition of Dr. Swineford, his name fits his personality. When I asked about a VBAC he basically laughed in my face and backed up his reasoning with no medical evidence. He said, "Even if Dr. Klein agrees to try a VBAC, if one of the other doctors is on call you will get cut whether you want to or not." I left in tears, his bedside manner was just disgusting and he showed no compassion for me. I would not want to leave my life or my unborn babys life in the hands of this practice, you just get pushed along and slip through the cracks.

They are the worst gyno place I have ever been to. They run late every time. One time it took me three hours from the time I arrived to the time I got out. Theyre horrible. The front desk staff will ignore you when you ask how much longer till they see you. If you call with an emergency, be prepared to be told they have no walk ins available. They will collect your copayment first thing to make sure you dont leave when youre waiting too long. They messed up my lab results and theyre so incompetent that they wouldnt give me a straight explanation. I almost risked my health because they werent honest with me and made me waste time. I went somewhere else after months of frustration at Dr. Kleins.

Worst practice ever. First off they are still using paper charts. No EMR. I have explained to them about 4 times that I am a high risk pregnancy and they NEVER once followed up with me to discuss abnormal blood results. I had to get my own results from Labcorp. When I called to request my records to be seen elsewhere I got the run around. I called to speak to the manager Jackie I left a detailed message of their negligence and to see if I can have my records expedited to the new office or have my husband pick them up. I never got a call back. Complete Unprofessionals and negligent office.

The worse place ever!!! Waited for more than 2 hours( I had 9:45 appointment and by 11:50 Im still waiting in the room writing this review) Then I have the nurse asking me if I prefer a male or a female Dr, I just got more upset because I schedule with Dr Robert Klein and apparently they didnt even bother to tell me that he is not in the office!!! First time here and last time for sure

The waiting room is always hot and they take hours every time to get to you. No one is paying attention to you, theyre all just running around and theyre always frustrated because of how busy it always is, but not even busy in a good way, its hurting the business.

awful experience!!! it was my first pregnancy, Thanks God nobody from this office could deliver my baby. Becouse all doctors were busy. Every time i had to wait my appointment at the office at least 2 hours. Staff was rude. Dont go there!!!!

This place should be close down. The receptionist and MA need to be replace or retrained. I will never return to this place. The doctors gives you your diagnoses without explanation, doctors quarrel in patients presence.

WORSE PLACE EVER. DO NOT GO THERE. The waiting time is too much. The staff is rude. Dr. Klein sometimes is not in office and another doctor takes care of you and if you MISS an appointment they CHARGE you $ 35.00.

The staff is super rude. Awful place, Please dont go to this place . Dr. Klein does not care about you or you baby. Waiting time is crazy the waiting area is hot and is always pack. The restroom is always broken.

Do not waste your time ! Also, review your insurance before you go their, because they will mess up your claim, and copay.
