I could go on at length about how amazing Dr. Khouri is, but Im lazy. However, if youre wanting one on one discussion, Im available. But, heres the highlights: Dont go to him if youre looking for a minor nip/tuck. His procedure is for the massively disfigured, specifically by breast cancer. After a double mastectomy reconconstrion was an epic failure, multiple local surgeons here suggested him as I was beyond their skill to repair otherwise. Patience. It took a year of multiple surgeries, a lot of scars and pain, and the insane contraption I had to wear for weeks glued to me (no showers!) but now I look amazing again. Scars fade and I only get residual pain in one armpit occasionally from the internal sutures that remind me how lucky I am to have survived breast cancer. Recovery is awful, messy, and completely miserable. It is not the time to try and be brave and endure it without pain meds. Its been 15 months, I am so happy now. Im working to lose weight so I can go back for one more final adjustment session to fix awful scars on my belly from the failed TRAM and do some final adjustments to the breast shape. The scars are fading and with a little clever searching for vintage bikinis, totally hidden. I traveled from Denver to see him. Hes worth crossing oceans for. Double mastectomy patient; currently a size 36 DD and delighted about it.

With Dr. Khouri and his skilled team, I have been undergoing Bi-lateral Breast Reconstruction & Revisions from a failed flap surgery that also created a horrible defect at my donor site. I spoke to Dr. Wilkerson (one of the early pioneers of fat grafting and textbook author), He explained to me all the challenges of fat grafting. My skepticism (caused by initial PS that disavowed this possibility for reconstruction) led me to research Dr. Khouris papers. After studying methods and reasons, I knew he had overcome problems identified in earlier fat grafting. The other thing I figured out is; that he probably operates at the genius level, his brain is going 10 times faster than everybody elses. I think that is why he comes up with creative solutions for unique problems. Dr. Khouri has excellent long term staff and I am especially grateful for the skilled Anesthesiologists that allow me to wake up so clear headed and provide excellent post-op pain management. The worst thing about Dr. Khouri no time for chit chat. Perhaps the best thing about Dr.Khouri is that I know I can trust him to operate on behalf of my best interest. He really puts his heart and soul into his work.

I have visited Dr Roger Khouris Miami Breast Centre in April to learn from his experience in recomstructive and aesthetic breast surgery based on lipofilling and minimum access approach. I was extremely impressed by the innovation and evidence based approach he and his team have developed to ensure the best outcome is achieved even in most complex of cases. I am inspired to take home to Europe many of the gems I have seen here. I would highly recommend Dr Khouris care for any patient or colleague who is involved in hand surgery, aesthetic or reconstructive breast care. DO NOT HAVE SURGERY with Doctor Roger Khouri, changes are he might be having a bad day and will leave you terribly scarred. My father had an awful experience recently where this dirty doctor was extremely harsh during surgery causing unnecessary pain at the time of injecting anesthetic, then leaving my father extremely bloody. Dont get fooled with the fake back ground images, the surgery rooms are extremely outdated and some dont even have light, as per the staff comments "this room is the only one that lights works-in." Do not do anything medical with this below average doctor, he left my father with an scar that would of been prevented.

This Guy is a Butcher!! He should have his license pulled! He Mutilated my hand in surgery.. We discussed the game plan for reconstruction surgery based on my MRI prior to my operation, He never did the work he said he was going to do. Further more, when I asked why he did not address the original game plan, he said there was not enough time slotted for the procedure. The man has zero bed side manor and was completely disrespectful to me and my wife. My hand and my life has never been the same since that day 16 years ago!

When I first saw Dr. Khouri I was in a lot of pain day and night. Couldnt feel my fingers in my right hand, constant tingly sensations throughout my hand, after a complete evaluation and a nerve test he found I had carpal tunnel. He suggested surgery and I gotta say he did an excellent job with my hand surgery. I can finally sleep at night without any pain or tingly feeling. Ill definitely recommend Dr. Khouri to friends. His staff is also very nice and helpful.

I had a great experience with Dr Khouri for breast augmentation with my own fat. It was done about 5 years ago, in 2012, and i have only praise for him. He really knows what hes doing. It was done at his Key Biscayne surgery center. There were doctors present visiting from other countries to learn his unique technique. The staff and nurses were really attentive. I recommend him to my friends & family and anyone else whos considering a breast job.

I was referred by a couple who both had hand surgery by Dr. Khouri and were very positive about him so I decided to go to Dr.Khouri to have surgery on my finger. He was very nice and explained what I had to have done and did the surgery the same day as my consult. Follow up appointments have been good and I have one quick surgery to have the pins taken out of my finger next week.

Recommended my uncle to this hand center because I had heard they were the best in town. My uncle had his finger tip cut at work due to an accident. He was seen immediately and had his finger re attached. You can not notice anything happend. Dr. Khouri at the Miami Hand Center did a great job. Thanks.

I never was seen by the doctor only a doctors assistant. Went to schedule surgery and was told they needed to verify if my insurance would cover at their surgery facility. For two weeks I called and they gave me the run around. Terrible service!!!
