Complete Incompetence! I made an appointment to see the optometrist and waited three weeks for an appointment. When I show up they tell me I need a referral from my primary care doctor. When I ask why I wasnt told that when I made the appointment I get answers like "I dont know," "who did you make the appointment with?" So I get the referral and go back and now they tell me it has to be an electronic referral. Why didnt any one say that when I made the appointment or when I was here for my first appointment? "I dont know., "Who did you speak with?" Now I get that there can be confusion dealing with insurance requirements but this is just incompetence and does not instill confidence in the optometrist since he or she is most likely in charge of the place.

Terrible service, high prices, and hours that are both limited and unscheduled. Ive gone a few times because its local, but end up waiting, getting charged too much, and when I went to pick up glasses, was told that theyre closed despite a woman being in there to tell me that over the intercom and the fact that the hours listed on the storefront say they are open. Next time I will just go into the city.

My mother had to wait three hours to see the dr she is 81 years old. And on Friday he takes the Jewish people first no matter whos first so that they can get home before sundown while you sit and wait. How about that?????????
