Staff is ineffective. Sent driver applicant for PrePlacement, they did it as a Random. Asked for COC at noon, followed up at 2pm and they said theyre only sending at end of day, that did happen but if didnt its not like I could follow up until next day and I could have seen then that the error was made in time to work on it the same day. Trying to get that Random resolved next day, what a mess. Harriet, Jennifer, Amber, all sounded very nice but couldnt really help. They said the manager will need to call me back so I gave cell #, followed up a couple times that she would still call before leaving and of course the office closed, no call. Very Frustrating. I work with Concentra in Cleveland area locations, no problems they cant resolve. But this one in Cincinnati on Kemper Rd, NEVER again.

Been here 3 times for vaccinations. First 2 were fine and only took about 20-25 minutes around 5 pm. The 3 series vaccination shot only takes about 5 minutes. I used to work in Cincy so convenient but now work/live in Dayton so have to take time off since unfortunately have to take 3rd shot at same place. Third time was 948 am friday, with friends waiting, and there were 3 people ahead of me inside. During my 45+ minute wait, the 3 were called, 4 left, 5 arrived. The arrivals were called in before me. Last arrival arrived after I have been there for over 45 minutes which was last straw for me so I walked out. I am giving a 3 star since previous 2 visits were fine and staff were friendly. At this point, I am thinking of starting over my 3 series vaccine elsewhere.

this urgent care is horrible i was sent here for drug testing and had to wait nearly an hour just too pee when i asked what was taking so long and when i would be seen i was told that it depends on how busy they are and what they have going on nonetheless 3 other people came after me and all took their drug screens the moment they walked in the door needless to say i had to pee without a drug test because i almost pissed my pants not to mention had to take off work early and was late to my second job because of inconsiderate staff. unfortunately i have to reattempt this entire process today 1 hour for a pee test is freaking ridiculous no wonder the turn over rate here is outrageous

Went there with a swollen throat. At about 11AM, I got into see the doctor about 50 minutes later. (Most people in the waiting room were there for drug tests). I talked to the nurse for about 5 minutes, then sat in a room for about 20 minutes. The doc came in, was nice enough. Said she was going to order a strep culture. I got so bored I went to sleep while waiting. At 2:10, the nurse came in for a throat culture. I waited until about 2:30 and told them I was leaving. I and to go back to work. They were disappointed that I wouldnt wait for my throat culture. I may have been there 5 hours then instead of 3 and a half hours. I will never go back here again.

Went in for a toe injury. This location does seem to focus on drug testing, work physicals, and physical therapy, but the doctor I saw was fantastic. Everyone had a great sense of humor and were very knowledgeable. Its nice to see people that can enjoy their work even when theyre busy and dealing with bleeding extremities.

My wife and I went during a weekday for chest-congestion symptoms while traveling in Cincinnati. Wonderfully pleasant and very competent staff at all positions we encountered. Diagnosed us (pneumonia and asthma) and the treatment & prescriptions noticeably relieved our symptoms. Highly recommended.

This place is open M - F 8am to 5pm. It is not URGENT care it is CONVENIENT care. I cannot believe they can stay in business. The nearby Bethesda ER is excellent.
