If I could give negative review rating I would. I brought my dog there after waking that morning and my dog was unable to stand. This was a happy healthy 140# dog. The vet took his temp and spoke to me for a few moments and said that the dog had arthritis as he was 8 yrs old and his size. I tried to explain that the onset of issue was acute in the last 12 hours and I felt it was a result of a injury or possible a slipped disc. The vet disregarded me and told me the dog was in pain (I know my dog and he was not in pain.... no panting, whimpering, stressed facial expression ect) and he would give a shot of pain killers and put him on rimadyl for two weeks and he should be fine. That night we saw no improvement, nor over the next week did I see any improvement. I called and asked if I should bring him back in and the doctor said it was not necessary, it was arthritis. I continued home care with him massages, bought him a wheelchair, and took care of him to keep him happy and healthy regardless of lack of mobility. Yesterday I took him to a local vet clinic in Deltona and was told he had slipped a disc and if it had been treated in the first 24 hours we could have had a favorable outcome, however now the best thing was euthanasia as he was uncomfortable, and had no chance of recovering at this point. THIS VET KILLED MY DOG!!!!!! HE DOESNT CARE!!!! HE NEVER PUT HIS HANDS ONMY ANIMAL FOR A PROPER EXAM!!!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I LOST MY BEST FRIEND BECAUSE OF HIS CARELESSNESS!!!! Such a shame I had to put down my dog that was only 8 because he didnt care to do a proper exam, or admit that he didnt know what was the issue with my dog. I have spoken to others at work as the office is across the street from my job and three other people have lost their loved animals to his negligence. He should lose his license.

Horrible!! I took my 8 week American Bulldog which I paid 1,000 dollars for. Only went here because I was a little tight on money due his purchase and moving at the same time. So, I decided to try this for his first shots n possible future business. When I arrived everything seem ok. Of course, they reacted to his cuteness. I entered room waited for Vet, he walked in - didnt introduce himself. Immediately, tells tech to get food, opens can and gives food from can. My dog cuts his nose deep from can. So use these q-tips like 8 to stop the bleeding. Meanwhile, we are having to pin my puppy while this is happening and his comment was "Dont make this worst"... Are you freaking kidding me???? You fed up feed my dog without my permission, you dont know anything about me or my dog. He never "examed" my dog bc obviously they were trying to stop the bleeding. I was in complete disbelief... there was no sorry, no lets do a follow up visit to make sure the cut YOU caused to my dog heals ok. Just awkwardness and silence. Vet just left with out saying anything. I knew I would never return! To Top it off 2 weeks.later.. My dog face is stained. I had a photo shoot scheduled for 4 a month and I have to cancel bc I cant get the stuff off. I called finally bc I had enough... and wanted them to remove the stuff they caused....to only get... sorry, its stains up to 3 weeks. No attempt to try to resolve my dog first experience. No concern for the cut on my dogs nose. I should not have never paid for anything! DO NOT GO HERE .. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! Horrible vet and practices. BTW my first bad review ever. Im not one to go out my way for a review but this is horrible. Avoid

I brought my dog here to get his yearly vaccinations. The price is def cheap, however I felt the staff was very unprofessional and not so knowledgable. Two of the staff members just came in the room as I was filling out paperwork since it was my first time there and they were just talking and laughing amongst themselves as they were preparing needles. One of them drops the F-bomb like it was nothing. I thought they were getting needles ready for another patient but they told me to set my dog on the table and without explainations, weighing my dog or even at least an INTRODUCTION, they started sticking my dog. On one of the sticks, the needle went straight through his skin and out the other side of his skin. At the end they said I was good to go. I had to stop them and ask them what exactly was done, what do I need to look out for, etc... The girl didnt even know how much medicine to give my dog if there was a reaction. She asked her coworker, the actual lady that administered the shots, and she said " youre asking the wrong person" and laughs. When she sees Im not happy with either of them, one of them finally asks the doctor what I should do. I never saw the doctor but he told her to give my dog half the amount that she originally said. After I paid, she realized that they never weighed my dog, so they did it on the way out! Shouldnt that have been done prior to actually administering any sort of vaccinations??!! Anyhow, I feel like a terrible parent for bringing my dog there. He hasnt felt good since then and I just really regret going here.

If you love your animal, do not bring them here. The office is filthy from top to bottom. The entire staff lacks professionalism and genuinely does not care about the wellbeing of your animal. The owner/veterinarian is no better; hes rude, unhelpful, and neglects your animal. When I took my new dog here, I went in with the expectations that she would get her annual shots and to make sure she has a clean bill of health. She was not weighed or checked throughly and one of his "tests" was shoving a can of dog food in her face repeatedly. He gave me medication that was too much for her small size, something he would have known if he had weighed her. After taking her to this establishment, she had an allergic reaction to the medication. Although she could not move, stand, or be touched without crying in pain, she would have to wait upwards of three hours to see vet again. My dog had to go to the Vet ER due to the treatment she received. Dont worry though, when I voiced my concerns regarding my experience I was invited back in to the office so the vet could right the situation. It was incredibly naive for me to think this establishment actually cared. The vet proceeded to laugh at me for coming back in (per his request), spoke down to me, and did nothing to correct his mistakes. Instead, he lectured me on how I shouldnt tell a doctor how to do his job and how he did nothing wrong. Do not step foot in this place, you will regret it.

DO NOT GO HERE. First of all, I brought my cat here for an exam because shes been urinating on things excessively. The "doctor" said it was behavioural and then tried to charge me almost $200 in medications... Uhhh? Good thing I have a brain and googled everything before I agreed to it. Then I asked them to add on a heartworm preventative for my puppy. They asked me MULTIPLE times the weight of my dog mind you.. They gave me one for a 10-20lb dog when mine is 40lbs.. I called another vet and they said do not administer it as it will have no affect. So I have to go return it... Not only that. When I first paid it they handed me my receipt and sent me on my way with out the pill. I walked right back in and asked for it & was questioned to see my receipt as if I didnt just pay for my cats bill with the pill on it. Anyways. A big reason I think this place should be set on fire is because it was so dirty that my 6 year old cat (who never ever has been sick with a cold since Ive had her) is now sneezing a coughing up a storm. So yea! SCREW THIS PLACE. Someone needs shut them down before they kill anyone elses pets from the other reviews Ive read as well. STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS. Ill be there Wednesday morning to switch my puppys pill and give them a peace of my mind. DIRTY. UNEDUCATED. SCAMMERS.
