I (Miriam) and Lisa moved to Windermere Florida with a Boston Terrier, an Italian Greyhound, a Rat Terrier and a Besenji/Corgi Mix. The office is in a great location with plenty of parking and land. The office is extremely clean and organized. The Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly and orderly and efficient. They wait time is short. The Technician takes the pertinent information about the pet and briefs the Vetinarian which reduces time. All Vetinarians explain what is going on as they exam the dogs and explain the different options you can take as the owner from less evasive to most evasive. If something has to be done they highly recommend an option but its still the Owners decision. Cost is medications is reasonable. The staff always calls back the Owner and checks back on the patient. We have had nothing but great experiences and our dogs Mia, Tink, Sadie, Sami and Roo have been treated with passion, compassion and love. Thank you....Miriam Cruz.

Tell me what you think about this experience. $$$$$$$$$ I have taken my dog there her entire life (6.5 years), cat too (3-4 years). Had them both in for annual checkups in December, paid the usual $200++ for 10 minute checkup and shot for the cat. Forgot to mention my dog had a problem urinating often and now in the house, which she never does. Called back in January about the issue. Pearces office wants me to pay $65 just to walk in the door...AGAIN, 30 days later. Receptionist and I know its a UTI. Im going to drop off a urine sample another charge (probably $40-45?) and then get medicine to fix it (another? $35-40?). I told them its time for a change. WHY would you charge me another office visit $65! when I was just there 30 days ago and Im only going to drop off a urine sample? Their answer. Its not the Doctor its the owner, Dr. Pearce. I told her thanks but no thanks, Im tired of being gouged. Goodbye.

I love Dr. Pierce, and have been going to him since my beagles were 8 weeks old. They are now 15 years old, and I have a new puppy. Ive seen changes over the years, some good and some not so good. The staff has always been wonderful. My only compliant is the cost seem to be going up every year, and the staff turn over. I miss Donna and the old crew, but understand peoples situations change. Overall, I trust Dr. Pierce and only Dr. Pierce. He is fair and always willing to take the time to reassure me. You cant go wrong with Dr. Pierce, but be prepared to pay a lot more for the type of service you want for your fur babies.

I found my first dog a year ago and have visited a few vet offices in the area in search of the perfect fit. When I came here I was greeted with a friendly smile, I felt the vet was listening and acknowledging each concern I had, and I didnt feel pressured to spend more money than needed (on food, medications, etc). Currently my pup is undergoing heart worm treatment and I couldnt be happier with the staff and the way they spell out everything for me so it is easy to understand. My family went here when I was younger, and they definitely have made a customer out of me and my pets!

The new crew has carried on Dr. Winters tradition of caring for both the animals and the people who love them, showing compassion and competence in delivering the best possible care for your non-human family members.

We are really impressed with the staff at Windermere Animal Clinic. They are one of the best bunch of people around. The staff is professional and compassionate at the same time. The office is organized and efficient and the exam rooms were clean.We are so glad to have found them!

A little pricey, but the service is excellent and staff genuinely cares about pets and their owners. Weve used this vet for 15+ years and Dr. Pearce is the best, plus Dr Anderson is always gentle and has a great breadth of veterinary knowledge. Highly recommended.
