This place seems pretty terribly run, and the quality of the glasses we bought is awful. Within a handful of months weve had to replace the same glasses twice because the frame cracked. All three times weve been here weve had to wait sooooo long and it seems like the employees (all really friendly) are stretched way too thin. Time to find a new eye doctor, but Im pretty sure well be back in another month or so to have the frames replaced again.

Eye exam didnt start until 40 minutes after the appointment was setup. I have been wearing contacts for 15 years and wanted a basic exam but was charged for a beginners contact exam where the doctor apparantly showed me how to put on the lenses. Total RIP OFF !!! I was charged $580 for a pair of glasses - the frame was $200 and the $380 was for simple lenses. Ended up cancelling my order and getting my money back. BEWARE !!!

Im not get any glasses made there again!!! I have given them multiple opportunities and there has disappointment than contentment from their glasses. The doctor is great so never have an issues with that. But the staff doesnt know what theyre doing. Tell you what you want to hear then you go pick up your glasses and theyre not what you asked for and what they said there were doing.

Great place. The doctor there was great, and the guy who helped me out was great. Sam did a great job helping me pick out frames and asked me about what I really needed. The manager there was really friendly and wasnt afriad to give her honest opinion about my frame choice. Thanks guys!

Went to another eye doctor and they gave a very different prescription for my eyes. He said whoever did my eyes last was really off ha.
