This practice is whats wrong with the medical field. I have been going to this practice for over 8 years and it recently gained new management. The new owners goal is to make money without regards to patient care. Their lack of care and compassion for their clients automatically puts one off to going back. One example of this was when I got new contacts. They didnt feel right and so I went back for a follow up, and without prior notice or any indication of a policy change, they said they charge for follow ups. So essentially they want to make money off you every time you go. The doctor even called the secretary into the other room to tell her to charge us again because she didnt get the fee from the initial follow up. Her deliberate actions show that she could care less about my eyes or my comfort all she wanted was money. Now is that what you want in a medical service provider? Most likely not, and as such I would never recommend this practice to anyone as once you go once youre stuck. Insurance only covers one visit so even if their customer service is horrendous you cant change practices without losing a significant sum of money.

Id been a patient of Dr. Cullison and since then with Dr. Burns and most recently Dr. Klabunde. I have always been very pleased with the services of all of the doctors and staff. I appreciate that they care and go above and beyond to take great care of me and my family.

We have been going here for a while and it used to be a great experience but lately since it has come under new management my experience hasnt been nearly as good as it once used to be. Ill be looking for a new eye doctor now.
