Excellent care, outstanding staff each time I went. Kind and looking out for my best interest. Can seem pricey with cost, however, if you value quality and yourself, you will find that McNelis Family EyeCare will deliver, because what goes around comes back to you. I am so thankful that my close friends highly recommended this place to me, and that I didnt end up going back and settling for a LensCrafters again. Worth every penny of my money, and I am particular about who I give my money to for service regarding my healthcare. Staff will not disappoint. Courteous, professional, compassionate and passionate about what they do. Whats there not to love? Stellar service.

There is much to admire about McNelis Family EyeCare but I especially appreciate their accessibility and professionalism. When I really need to see an "eye doctor" they manage to fit me into the schedule and provide the help I need. The staff is very competent and friendly. The doctor is easy to talk to and takes into account the total person when doing an evaluation or making recommendations. She is willing to discuss multiple options and offers clear explanations of conditions and the various treatments available, including supplements and over-the-counter products that may prove helpful.

Dr, NcNelis has helped me for years. Her skill as a doctor is unmatched especially for diabetic care and emergencies, I had a severely irritated eye with an infection that Dr. McNelis treated and she saved my eye from any damage. She is clear and to the point about my eye care with my future health in mind as well as my present needs. Her staff are superlative and kind and always make me feel welcome. My five children go here too for their eye care needs and yearly checkups.

I started with the McNelis Family EyeCare Center for my LASIK procedure 1.5 years ago after a friend referred me. After the wonderful care by the doctor and the staff, I switched my entire family. We all get our exams there yearly. The Dr. has been consistently on time, through, and patient with all three of my kids. Frames for my kids were reasonably priced compared to other offices. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them highly!

My first time at this eye doctor for me and my son. The staff were friendly and their was hardly any waiting before we were seen. We were both seen together one after the other through the various tests so the visit was streamlined with very little waiting. Dr. McNelis was patient with my 6 year old. The staff were also very patient with my son as he tried on many different frames before choosing one. Overall a great experience.

Dr. McNelis is excellent! She is very thorough and takes the time to listen to you as well as talk to you. You can tell she cares about your eye care and is always up to date with latest technology. The staff is awesome too! They are always pleasant and helpful and patient. I trust them totally.

Awful! Waited 6 months to submit my insurance claim and insurance refused to pay because it took them so long to file. How their lack of organization and ability to run a business becomes my 400 problem! Run away!!!
