When our family first moved to Colorado, a neighbor recommended them before we were established with a doctor. One of the three doctors they recommended is our primary dr. I was surprised at those reviews that are negative because we use this urgent care about 3 times a year when we arent able to get our children into the pediatrician or ourselves into our doctor right away. I have NEVER waited more than 15 minutes before being seen by the triage nurse and being taken to a room. They always have a Board Certified Pediatrician there as well as General Practice AND Internists. There are usually 3 doctors and sometimes 4 working at the same time. It is clean, efficient and I personally have never been treated rudely or nonchalantly. You will get one or two follow up calls (depending on your illness) from either the Doctor that saw you or one of the nurses. During that call, if you have a concern or question, they will get the doctor right away for you to talk to which is amazing and almost unheard of. We have always recieved extremely thorough care. We drive 25 mins. to get to them (bypassing several closer urgent cares on the way) from Greenwood Village because the care has always been so very good. We know without any reservation that we will get the best possible care, accurate diagnosis and treatment and will be seen nearly immediatly. I do have to now pay an "urgent care" co-pay rather than a regular doctor visit co-pay. However that is determined and set by your insurance company and not the facility. They have state of the art equiptment and xray as well as radiology technicians always on staff. When my son ended up having a broken bone from a sport injury, they even set it and cast it so well that the orthopedic surgeon was pleased and impressed. You will be pleased with their good care and the humanness of the staff.

Please stay away from this horrible company! I broke my clavicle on Sunday. I went in and at first they were great. They gave me a prescription for my pain. Since it was Easter the pharmacies were closed so I had to suffer through the night because they claimed not to carry pain meds on site. The next day, I went into a pharmacy and tried to fill the prescription but they wouldnt because Medexpress left off the DEA number. I had to drive from downtown littleton all the way back. Cut to today. I have 3 doses of pain meds left. I called to get more and they flat out said no because I would need to pay ANOTHER $120 for the visit. I said I was just in here 2 days ago and nothing has changed. She said shed have the P.A. I saw call me shortly. When he did I told him how disgusting it is that Id have to pay because he told me the serious pain would last for a week, yet he didnt give me enough meds to last a week. He said "sorry, company policy". I said "its company policy that you dont prescribe people with enough pain meds that they have to suffer?" He said its policy not to give refills. I then asked why he got into the medical industry if he didnt want to help people and he told me he didnt want to help me because I screamed and cussed at him. Then he hung up on me. I never cussed once and he is a liar. His name is Rick Eaton.

Just went in today to treat a sinus infection. The office looks new, the waiting room is nicely decorated and open. The staff at the front desk were very nice. But then comes the deception.... There were very few people in the waiting room which gave the impression we would be in and out of there quickly. No such luck. We waited about 20 min in the waiting room, then they took me to triage. She went to take me to a room after that but there werent any, so we were shuffled back to the waiting room where we spent another 10 minutes. Honestly, I wouldve rather waited there. Instead, they took us to a room where we waited for 40 minutes. At one point someone came in and asked if I was Jonie, and I said, "No." A little later another nurse came in and confirmed it was me. We could hear them talking outside about how they messed up the rooms. When the PA finally came in he was brusque and even cut me off. He took a whole 5 minutes, if that, to diagnose me. All in all I didnt feel that it was a very professional office.

I thought I was the only one who had such a poor experience here. Lovely setting, furniture, etc. There was only one person ahead of me and I waited almost 1/2 hour to go in. It was a joke as the system was being changed over to paperless so I had 2 guys who were working to figure out how to use it. They couldnt input information, couldnt spell and kept asking me questions that were irrelevant. It went beyond medical information to "I want to know" questions. Ridiculous. The one guy had on scrubs with basketball shorts underneath... not professional at all. Finally got in to see the doc who didnt even use any of the info that the bumbling duo had asked about. Doc was ok, but just laughed about the inefficiency of the system. Ended up getting a prescription, but took way too long to get through the process. I wouldnt recommend this place and wont be going back.

Overall the medical care was fine until hours later when I went to pick up my daughters prescription. Their automated system had never called it into the pharmacy. I had the head pharmacist check all systems so I am confident that it was Concentras mistake. This would have been OK excpet that by this point the HR Office of Concentra was closed with no after hours call back number. I finally called every Concentra office until one had an after hours number and the after hours doctor was very accomodating and responsive. He called in the prescription. FAILURES: System did not to provide prescription to the pharmacy (Concentra admitted that this happens from time to time). Lack of an after hours message that will connect you to an after hours doctor.

Since I just referred my friend to this place I thought I would write a review. We have only had great experiences with this place. My 5 young children, my wife, and I use it more then our regular doctor for urgent issues like flu, cold, etc. I even went in after being exposed to measles and they had on hand the MMR vaccine. They do not require a credit card on file like some other unmentioned urgent care facility near by. Their staff of doctors are knowledgable and kind. My only complaint is that they do not make house calls. You are in good hands with Concentra Urgent Care! Revviewed by Barry

I went there because my husband had been there before it was moderately fast and i had an idea of how much they would charge me for the same ailment and treatment. Wrong, they couldnt seem to figure out their new paperless system, put me in a room, said someone would get me for an x-ray in ten minutes, and hour and ten minutes later i stuck my head out the door to see if anyone was there. The x-ray girl was pleasant and quick once i got in there, waited another half hour for a PA to look at the x-rays... After all that they charged $120 more than they charged my husband for the same thing.
