Went in today to be seen for an eye infection, knowing that pay day isnt until tomorrow and hoping for the best. First of all, arrived to a totally empty waiting room and zero wait. Unheard of! Secondly, there was a required copay for my visit which they let me know right away, and I couldnt afford it. I was about to leave with my eye infection and wait until I had the money when they said they would treat me anyway if I would come back to pay when I have it. I have never heard of such a thing and Im sure an exception was made. Im so grateful for their commitment to care for patients in need! A rare quality in the healthcare marketplace nowadays. Keep up the good work!

Wow, I am a CDL driver and Im actually considering going here to renew my DOT medical card. I guess I will keep looking. I deal with unprofessional,rude and inconsiderate people every day out here on the road. The last thing I want to do is go to a place that practices being unprofessional,rude and inconsiderate. Its a medical place and people dont want to have to deal with more stress. We go to places like this for answers not to be treated like dirt and talked to like dirt. I think I will keep looking and thats to bad to. I live right up the street.

Went here with what I thought was a case of strep throat after I could visibly see a rash in my throat in the mirror. After waiting 2 hours to see the doctor, I was informed there was nothing in my throat, no swollen nodes, and no issue. I decided to get another opinion right after at a zipclinic. The doctor easily identified the rash and prescribed me antibiotics and could not believe that the doctor could not see it. Big waste of time going to concentra. Will never do that again.

Heartless is my review. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to bring my 3 month old son for an employer required review. They made absolutely no effort to expedite the process, care about my infant child, or provide me with information. I was in the clinic for over an hour with an infant for a 2 minute review. I understand they have protocol to follow but they showed no compassion. Im honestly appalled professional adults can be so disrespectful.

Nothing negative to say about this clinic. They were really helpful and super nice. In and out super fast, Ive had horrible experiences at other clinics (not concentra) where I had to wait hours and I thought it was going to be the same here, but I was wrong. I will definitely recommend and will be back to this location.

Was told that they dont treat children and to just take him to Childrens Hospital. He is 6 so it wasnt like he was an infant. It was about 15 mins to closing and I believe that had more to do with it than anything. Will not go back here again! Was hoping to not have the cost of going to an ER but they made it impossible.

If i could give a negative amount of stars, I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Nobody cares about their job or their patients. I heard the employees cursing at each other so many times. So unprofessional, I could never come back.

Nurses have a negative additude complaining about other workers in front of patients cursing about them and took 5 hours to get me INTO a room! let alone having you wait another 30min to get checked out after getting checked for 10. never returning.

Im not a medical expert but i call a 3:50 time for a physical check up a BS An hour of which was sitting ina room in a blue hospital short If its too crowded, then stop admitting new patons or increase number of your employees

Just an FYI this is the busiest location in Colorado. The first two times I went were an 3-4 hour wait. The last time was 2 1/2. Be prepared to wait....
