Star butterfly Fuck

I came here to have my sons psychiatric meds refilled/speak to the doctor because we missed our regular appointment at the Aurora Mental Health facility on Hampden. This is a "first come first served" walk in clinic...so i was told to be there early. I did arrive at ten til eight a.m. (the facility opens at 8). After only one sheet of paperwork and a twenty minute wait, we were called back to see the doctor! The total visit was probably an hour and a half from start to finish and my son got to school by ten a.m. Pretty painless, Id say. Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking walk-in psychiatric/psychological services.

The therapists here are really awesome so Im not going to take that away from them. But the administrative staff at this location and the way things are done are ridiculous. If you try to refill your medication, good luck getting anybody and if you leave a message no one will call you back. And when you go in plan on sitting there for a good two to three hours before youre seen. This needs to change and the approach needs to be reexamined for the intake process.

Waste of time, filled out tons of paperwork and waited almost an hour to be seen, and doc messed up medications and didnt right directions for them so the pharmacy will not fill them, and they will not answer the phone or call me back after leaving messages. Out of anti depressants for over a day now, looks like Im ending up in the ER now over this, thanks for nothing.

Hannah Spencer (therapist) and Dr. Erica Weis are the best of the best. I was pretty much "stuck" in therapy until I had the good fortune to have these ladies on my team. Life is still full of many ups and downs, but Hannah has definitely helped me to make progress. Both ladies are kind, compassionate, and have a clear focus and direction for treatment.

Dont go here unless you like being treated like youre an addict or if you want decent medication. They dont offer Stimulants or Benzos. Sorry those are for the people who can afford actual real psychologists. Oh and for an added bonus they prescribed me medication IM ALLERGIC TOO AND THAT INFORMATION IS IN MY FILE.
