The Domestic Desi

Dr. Frank is an amazing doctor and very kind. My problem with this facility is that EVERY time i go in, it takes FOREVER! Lets just say for example that your appointment is at 1:30 pm and you have a routine monthly appointment. The ladies in the front are kind and they get you back fairly quickly. However, ot takes a long time for a doctor to come in. For a routine monthly appointment, it usually takes about 1 1/2 hours just to get to the pharmacy. I dont believe that it should take that long, especially if you have an appointment. Ive had times where I have been there for over 2 hours, for a normal check up. Thats too long. And when Im there, i know that many people feel the same way because you can hear other patients coming out of their room and asking when they will be seen finally. Ive never been to my PCP and have had to spend anymore than 30 minutes total. This is a consistent problem that i truly hope they fix. But once again, a VERY kind staff! The doctor is so amazing and the nurses are kind, and the office is SUPER clean and nicely decorated. I just hope they fix the long amount of time we wait to see the doctor for a scheduled appointment.

Absolutely awful. I was appalled. Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. I was not greeted - the ladies at the front desk barely looked at me and didnt say a thing. Once I spoke up, they couldnt find my appointment at first. Frustrating. Finally they asked for my insurance and I sat down to wait. I kept checking with them every 20 minutes to see if there was a problem because I was still waiting. After waiting close to an HOUR, they told me I would have to pay $300 for the procedure. I understand insurance (mine isnt great), but I had to wait an HOUR for you to tell me this? Why couldnt they have told me over the phone when I made the appointment so I wouldnt have wasted my time? When I expressed my DEEP dissatisfaction the girl stared back at me blankly and said nothing. I walked out crying. In hindsight, Im so glad I didnt give them my money. The ironic part is that this place as posters all over the walls inside filled with encouraging, positive messages and their sign says "compassionate care." What a joke.

Im hesitant about taking the medicine I was prescribed. After an hour and a half he came in and he was looking things up on the internet and messing with his phone, barely paying attention to me. I tryed to show him papers from my ER visit and he just flipped the pages so quickly i know he didnt read a thing. He didnt give me any kind of physical exam before giving me the scripts and have gave me no directions on how to take them. He didnt even escort me out. I was left in the room wondering if I was supposed to wait or leave so I left. I highly advise googling him and any other doctor before wasting your time. Lesson learned.

Be warned!!!! I know this guy is the only one that takes Medicade but there are others. His office is dirty and while the staff is nice he diagnoses you without looking at you. I had a hard time breathing through my nose for over a week and he diagnosed me with asthma, gave me medicine and prescriptions without even doing a test or look up my nose. I went to a clinic and the nurse ran a test and discovered I had a bacterial infection. I needed antibiotics and almost ended up in the ER! This joke of a doctor also killed a man by a hit and run. Google his name. Do Not risk your health to this quack!!!

This is the worst place Ive ever been to. He acts like he is the only doctor who takes medicaid. I went to get papers signed for my job for an accommodation for a diagnosis he diagnosed me with and he wouldnt even sign them. He said "I diagnosed you with this"? What a joke. Not to mention that when he diagnosed me after tests came back he said "well it could be this or it could be that, but youre to young for it to be this so its that". All I can say is beware and expect to be there at least 2 hrs. Definitely get a second opinion or find a new doctor. I know I did!

Dr. Frank is a great guy and a great doctor. He literally helped save my life. I would recommend him to, anyone looking for a doctor. He is a busy doctor and there is sometimes a wait for office visits but only because he sees everyone of his patients and gives them equal time. He wont rush you out of the office if you have questions to ask. Again he literally helped save my life so I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor.

Absolutely awful. Please do not go here. I would come in early for my appointment and wait an hour at the very least. I absolutely no faith in his practice. He does not make eye contact, nor does he have the ability to perform a physical exam. I myself have performed several hundreds of gynecological exams and what he did was a joke

I love Dr. Belibi,I love all the assistance here, expecially Daisy! Ive been coming to this doctors office for 4 years EVERY MONTH and never had a problem except for the long waiting most of the time. Ive never had a problem here at this facility and this facility is a very very clean place.

Dr. Belibi is the most thorough and genuinely knowledgeable doctor I have ever known. I have found a true GEM in Grace Health Clinic because they are all (doctor and staff) very caring, attentive, as well as detail- and family-oriented! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Dr. Belibi saved my life.
