Our grandmother is a resident there and has been for about 2 1/2 years. She did respite care here before that for about two years. Throughout her time there a number of care givers, servers, hair dressers and PT have been more than helpful. However, a few have certainly stood out! We always look forward to being greeted over the phone or in person by Lisa Phillips, she always has a smile for us. She also always knows right where our grandmother is, you can tell she cares about the residents, our family. She has gone out of her way several times to help me coordinate things for my grandmother or get a message to her or a care giver. She is a HUGE asset to Brookdale at Bear Creek and has always provided the utmost in customer service. Will McElroy is another part of Brookdale at Bear Creek who we are very thankful is there. Will is one of a kind. He truly cares about the residents. He is someone who makes a huge difference, we always look forward to seeing Will. He is always so kind and takes a real interest in everyone there, which we really appreciate. Recently, he went out of his way to create a truly special celebration for our grandmother on her 100th birthday! Complete with decorations and a beautiful cake. He made a short speech and led everyone in singing "Happy Birthday". We cannot thank him enough for making her day truly magical! It is people like Lisa and Will who make us more than comfortable with our decision to have our grandmother at Brookdale at Bear Creek, they are like a second family for our sweet grandmother.

Absolutely the worst, unprofessional place to let your loved one go to!!!!! They do NOT read the charts, they do not provide quality care. If you care about your parent, grandparent. Find an alternate facility. If you are in assisted living it could be different. But, if they need any kind of medical care or attention, this place is the house of horrors. I urge you to go check out this place at different times on the NON tour. It was a nightmare for what is already a difficult time for people needing CARE.
