Made an appointment for abortion services at this location and was very pleased with the outcome. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were very skeptical of going to this location at first, but was pleasantly surprised with our experience. The lady who helped us was named “S”, not sure what that stood for. She helped us every step of the way and made us feel very comfortable. It was a very discreet process, no one else knew what we were there for, we were even able to exit out of the back door. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is considering it.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Doctors are useless there, staff is completely uneducated. Waited for a week for an appointment, waited over an hour in the waiting room for said appointment, and was told when I finally did see a doctor that they wouldnt do my scheduled procedure (a birth control implant) that I had already waited for and took time off work for! WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED ANYWHERE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME OF MY LIFE.

They are friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue I have, is there are rarely any doctors available to do my yearly pap smear. Helped me through my miscarriage. More people need to donate a couple of dollars to PP every year, so we can keep doctors around all week long at these locations instead of only a few days per week.
