So I had an appointment time and came early. Buy the lady before me had her hips MRId apparently a two hour process. It is my turn and she has to be redone because the tech did the wrong hip. So they had to reschedule everyone behind her. Dont use this facility. This could have been avoided if he read the order first. She knew what side she needed done and they had that discussion. They told me it was the doctors fault he ordered the wrong side. Hope she finds a new doctor, lucky he wasnt operating.

I thought this was a pleasant experience, until I got billed for a scan I paid for at the time of service. The scan cost me $267, I paid the day the scan was done, and now Health Images is denying that I ever paid and is billing me the full total of the visit!! This location is running a SCAM, and you shouldnt have tests done here under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! They are dishonest cheaters out to make a quick buck and scam you in the process!!

Been awhile since my MRI that I had here. Great experience, laid wrong in the MRI or on something. Could hardly sit up, and walk. Not sure what that was all about.
