I needed to have my PPD test read. It was done at another Concentra location. When I presented to the front desk, the staff member was most pleasant, took my information, and advised it would be just a few minutes. True to her word, another very pleasant staff member arrived shortly, read the test, and immediately went to the fax machine to send it along to the proper management personnel. Spectacular job, Concentra.....Appreciate your kind and expedient and very efficient care.....

This urgent care center was great. When i walked (limped) in they told me immediately that it would take about 2 hours for my visit. That was just fine. After all it is a walk in clinic. The ladies at the front counter were very nice. The Doctor was very nice and helpful. After everything I got in and out of there in 1.5 hours. Ahead of time! Thanks! :)

I just love the care I get at Concentra. The entire staff make me feel like they are genuinely concerned about my HEALTH NOT JUST MY INSURANCE. I always leave feeling like all my concerns have been addressed . And everything is explained in language that I can understand. Ill never go anywhere else.

I can see why they have a contract with walmart work comp. These doctors wouldnt have any business if it werent for walmart. These doctore genuinely dont care about patients, just getting them back to work whether ready or not. Avoid these places at all cost

They take a while to see you but they were thorough and kind. I had to go because of a work related injury. No, I dont work for Walmart. Be ready to wait. Both to get in, and then to see the doctor once your vitals are taken. Good care, terrible wait.

Crazy long wait times. They over charged my insurance and they made me pay for things i didnt get. Front desk girl was rude and not compassionate one bit. I wouldnt go back if i was dying and they were last place on earth!!!!

Absolutely amazing care! Went in on Sunday morning for deep cut on my finger from previous night and was seen almost immediately. Got cleaned up and stitched within an hour. All the staff was absolutely amazing

Not only was the Dr. not impressive at all, we were there for over 2 1/2 hours. Total waste of time! I will never go here again. Save yourself a giant headache and frustrating experience. Youve been warned.

Great place for a walk-in drug screen test. Was told 45 minute wait, was slightly over 20min. I do warn that they locked the doors after me two hours before closing time because it was a slow day.

The receptionist talks to other coworkers all day. People are waiting and workers just talk. Very slow. If you have an URGENT problem, do not go there. Young kids just flirting and chatting.

Friendly staff, new facility, Dr. Burns was great...expect 2.5 hours for first visit but they disclose that immidiately when contacted.
