This past May one of our employees suffered seizures in our offices and very unfortunately passed away days later. Our friend will be sorely missed and it was a difficult time for all of us. We were informed during this time that Aurora Mental Health made a grief counselor available to us 24-7 that any employee, any employee family member, or anyone impacted by this situation could talk to. They also offered to come to our offices and conduct a grief counseling session for anyone who wanted to attend. They were certainly very helpful in our time of need. Our organization is not even in Aurora, but they offered and made all of their resources available to us. Thanks again Aurora Mental Health Signed the Staff of Creative Adoptions

The least helpful mental health agency ever. Ive been going to Aurora Mental Health for over a year for illness. They refuse to do anything other than push pills, which they also fail at. You dont prescribe SSRIs to someone with bipolar disorder!! Asked for a letter for emotional support animal, they said no and to talk to my primary doctor. Needed paperwork for unemployment regarding a mental health crisis that resulted in me losing my job. They denied it saying I needed to speak with my primary doctor. WTF DO YOU GUYS EVEN DO IF YOU WONT HELP MY MENTAL ILLNESS?!?!

Its closed to the public. Its just an office building for aurora mental health employees.
