Good luck trying to get anything done at this location. Its been 6 days ive been trying to get my pain medication changed with no one seeming to care at all. My doctor Thomas Evert is exemplary and shouldnt be forced to work at such a crappy location that cares more about punching the time clock than helping patients. I had to go to a medical dispensary and get CBD to cover my pain, which i might add works better than percocet, codeine, vicodin.. It just happens to not be covered by my medicaid or else i would just avoid this joke of a facility all together. Did i just call McDonalds or a medical care facility? Who knows. If you care about how you are treated, and your health is a priority, DO NOT go to this facility

The doctors at the Myron Stratton facility are great but the individuals who are suppose to run the blood draw clinic are a joke needs less to say disgusting. Rude....unprofessional....(they may need to be retrained on the rules and regulations of HIPPA) The place says it closes at 5 but try and get services done at 4:45 and they tell ya "sorry I already shut the machines down to late". I will definitely be contacting a supervisor and or management. Disgusting. Avoid the idiots if you dont what to be frustrated

Myron Stratton. I love my doctor but if you are needing a prescription refilled youre screwed. They have a "resolution" team that is supposed to process the requests. Unfortunately you have a better chance scoring street drugs than getting your pain meds processed by them.. Placed order tuesday, supposed to get back to you in 1 business day. Its Friday now, nobody can get ahold of anybody and the receptionists dont know what to do. This has been an ongoing problem for the past year and a half. I HATE this place....

My doctor have been horrible with my prescriptions. He cant add up that 3 pills divided by 60 pills equals 20 days. They have done this with my psycological drugs as well. You feel like cattle going through there with your allotted 15 minutes. They give out my phone number wrong which has really stretched out my treatment. They are aware that I am abit agoraphobic and dont really work with me on that. If i could twist my arms in all this pain, I would give them 2 thumbs down.

I have been going to Peak Vista as my primary place for a few months now and I couldnt be happier. The staff is amazing, my NP is great, and they are pretty quick on getting me in when I need it. Perhaps they have had a change in staff since the prior bad reviews, because I havent seen any of what people have complained about since going there. I would recommend this place to just about anyone.

Every time I call in to make an appointment, the receptionist treats me like Im some how incapable of understanding anything. I have called in twice now to try and make an appointment for heart related issues that Ive recently been to the ER for. The receptionists are unprofessional, rude, and inconceterate. I love this place, Doctors, Nurses, Front Staff, Blood Clinic. However refilling prescriptions is definitely poor and slow. I go days without my medications every 2-3 months when the prescriptions run out. Medication refill phone message says it will take 3 days to respond...

This review is for the South Circle location. The nurses and doctors are great but the front desk staff is a joke! Rude and uninformed. They should be working at a Walmart or McDonalds not a Medical center!
