The pharmacy discriminated against me day before yesterday I am a patient with spine disorder and I needed to refill my prescription from pain management and my insurance was only going to pay for 60 pills instead of 90 they where rude and told me if I didnt like it i could pay for the whole prescription then insisted that I was trying to refill early when I said 6 times I was there to drop off and pick up the 9th the pharmacist was being hateful and rude so I requested to fill at another location the pharmacist then snatched my prescription out of my hand and took it in the back and stamped the address and phone number all over it

After being with Kaiser in Northern California go nearly 30 years, I had hoped the transition to Northern Colorado would be easy and effortless. It has not. I am unable to get my records transferred in spite of that being a selling point for Kaiser. When I see a doctor I end up spending almost the entire time explaining the past treatments and medications. Supposedly Kaiser works in coop with Banner, yet I have yet to find someone at Kaiser who can explain it. I give Kaiser Northern California a score of 98 out of 100 and Kaiser Northern Colorado about 20 out of 100.

I had to update this one star. If there was a negative ability I would certainly posted. Poorly ran. Always late on getting a patient back even over an hour wait. I had a prescription on file ordered..... the doctor canceled it while I was in line to pick it up. Then she called it in again.,.,,reorder it and when I came back get there they cancel it. Just unhappy. Im overdue for my tetanus shot & my labs but they never made that a priority...... Im not a big fan of needles so I never pushed but certainly past due for my tetanus shot.
