Hi, I have been seeing an endocrinologist for my pituitary disorders and I had to get an MRI for my head done. I am a very claustrophobic person and Kaiser Permanente has only closed MRI. I couldnt get it done even with the relaxants and my doctor placed referral twice for me to get my MRI done at open MRI and it was denied twice asking me to get an MRI done with IV sedation. This was last year. I still did not get my MRI done because I am forced to get it done here. I have also mentioned that I dont mind paying out of pocket for an open MRI and just needed prescription for it. My prolactin and insulin levels are high now. I asked my doctor to place referral again to get my MRI done outside and they said that it will take 7 to 14 days to get that referral accepted or denied. I definitely wont be getting Kaiser Permanente next year. Its horrible.

Just became a member: First visit: walked in with my daughter. I went to the right and picked up prescriptions while my daughter walked to the left for blood work. We were out of there in 10 minutes. Sweet. Second visit: Someone showed us how to do the kiosk check in- very easy. Went upstairs to wait for the appointment. Not long before she was called back. Receptionist was very nice. The PA that did the exam was very thorough and answered all questions. I have also been to the Lonetree office for mammogram. Quick and easy and they called me back in for a same day appointment after they noticed a problem. Spoke to the radiologist who answered all my questions. Everyone was very nice, although the receptionist was a "bit out in space". So far, so good. Well see if this keeps up!

My husband, who is disabled, had all of his medications cancelled by his primary doc on Monday, July 31 at 4:55 pm. As of today, August 4 at 3:15 pm, I am still trying to get someone to PLEASE help us get them refilled. They were due on August 1. I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH HIS DOCTORS OFFICE (THE SAME PEOPLE WHO CANCELLED THE MEDS AND WAS TOLD BY ALLEY, RN TO DR SOMALI, THAT I WAS A "DRUG SEEKER". THE MEDS ARE NOT NARCOTIC AND THEY ARE NOT FOR ME. My husband has been on the same meds for 5 or more years. In my opinion this is patient dumping and completely wrong. Everyone I have spoken to has told me this is not their fault and put me on hold for someone else. At this point I have spent about 9 hrs on the phone and I give up.

Better hope you dont have a lapse in insurance, because they will REFUSE to assist you unless your insurance is active. All I needed was a written prescription renewal to fill at an outside pharmacy until my insurance reactivated. Their office never called me back, & I never received my prescription. I had a severe asthma attack the following week because I did not have my medication, & I had to go to the ER - w/o insurance! So instead of having to spend a few hundred dollars out of my pocket for my medication, I now have an ER bill that is over $2000!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS! YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A $$ TO THEM.

No respect for customers time. Cancelled my appointment that I scheduled 3 months ago days before the appointment. I am a teacher and cannot get a sub on such short notice. They never answer their phones no matter what time of day I call. I tried calling during my lunch no one answered, after school, no one answered. They wait 3 days before returning my voice mails. Overall terrible customer service and unprofessional.

When I went for flu shots they we re going on lunch and had no one available to do shots. They were very helpful and immediately found someone. I have always had good service there and am very pleased to have them as my medical service.

just attempted to reach the Parker, CO pharmacy throught the phone number that is posted on their web site. The wait time to have a basic question answered in 38 to 44 minutes. Typical Kaiser system. This is a joke!

Horrible hours. Staff are rude. Doctors dont care; you have to call/email a lot to get answers on your health. They dont bother calling you back with test results or next steps.
