Horrible!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE! They are impossible to reach, go ahead, try to call them, they will not answer the phone and if they do, they are rude. I left this place in tears because of the way one of the P.A.s treated my mom and dad. We were late to our appt. and tried to call to tell them that we were going to be late and of course, no answer. They almost didn t see my dad when we arrived. We finally talked them into it so they sat us in a room and we waited. My dad is a bigger man and has dementia so he isnt very mobile so we had him in a wheel chair. As we waited, he started slipping out of the chair. When we went to ask for help the P.A. told us he was busy and we were late so we had to wait our turn. Yes, we understood that but does that mean they cant help my dad when he is about to fall? When we complained about this treatment the PA told us to find another physician. We did!

My husband and I didnt even last a year here. You can not get a hold of them on the phone not even to make an appointment. Everything is "leave a message". They dont refill prescriptions for days. I was getting content emails to go on line and sign up so they never have to talk to you. Get your info on line. We left months ago but called today to get a date from last year and I found out they now have an Answering Service. So still not answering their phones. On a better note: liked the Doctor and PA we saw there. Too bad they dont work for a better organized company.

Great! Had to change docs when I turned 65. Dr. Peacock is thorough and so is staff. Excellent rapport!
