The office where the patient chairs are is one big room with no devision. You can all see each other and watch each other get treated, its super awkward. Before I was ever seen, I watched and heard every word of the dr. discussing another patients treatment plan, And I was looking right at his X-rays. not only that, the dr made the patient kneel on the ground to listen to him. And then he comes to me, and everything out of his mouth sounded so cheesy and forced, like I was the exact same thing he tells every patient. He showed me a mold of a mouth he clearly shows every patient, to show me what is "specifically" wrong with me, than pics of 3 lamenated magazine articles that he briefly waves in front of me to show me something he again shows everyone. He felt extremely untrustworthy. I went in to get two specific things done, and I have the same insurance as my husband, and even though he had these specific things done without a charge, dr. baez wanted to charge me $87 just to do a test so that they could send away to the insurance for preauthorization, befor they ever do anything. And thats besides the fact that as soon as I walked into the office, I was extremely uncomfortable and concerned. The place was old and dirty and clearly not cared for. In March, they still had Christmas lights up, and Valentines decorations on the Windows. The doors dividing the rooms are saloon doors!! The paperwork has typos and some of its even printed completely crooked, and they dont seem to care as they highlight everything you need to sign on a crooked page. They had Christian music playing loudly in the office and they all spoke Spanish to each other, even when discussing you. Extremely unprofessional. The dentist answered a cell phone call in the middle of my consultation, and spoke on the phone while sitting next to me! I walked out feeling extremely frustrated, and I certainly wont be going back.

La atención de las secretarías ES MUY MUY MALA, hice mi cita con semanas de anticipación y quedaron en llamarme en la semana, el día de la cita me enviaron un mensaje de confirmación llame y me dicen aque van a revisar si aceptan mi seguro, se hizo la hora de mi cita y no me contestaron a tiempo aparte una actitud odiosa y hasta burlona The attention of the secretaries IS VERY VERY BAD, I made my appointment weeks in advance and they stayed to call me in the week, on the day of the appointment they sent me a confirmation message call and they tell me that they will check if they accept my insurance, they will Made the time of my appointment and they did not answer me in time aside a hateful and even mocking attitude

Horrible!!! Place is dirty, no air conditioning, 2 fans running around the office. The paperwork to fill is old school. While standing at the reception desk, the staff takes a picture of you without asking or letting you know and keep it on their files. Without you even know it, they call you to a spot at their reception desk and click, picture taken without your consent. I suggest and recommend anyone to avoid this office, very poor customer service, they want you to provide them all your life info and very detailed and personal info and the staff its so disorganize.

If I could rate this place with no stars, I most definitely would. Talk about terrible...This place has to be the ABSOLUTE WORSE when it comes down to customer service. The "manager" claimed she was looking my wifes information up but never asked me for my name or hers! Ive called this place numerous times only to be put on hold and never get through to anyone. These people speak more to each other in Spanish when you are there than engaging in the actual customers. Dr Baez is a good doctor but his terrible ass staff makes this a place you must avoid at all costs.

The place is old but we dont really care about that.. Price is fair and lower than other places in town. Dr Baez and his assistances are very professional. Until now our a very nice.. The staff at the front desk is very kind and helpful and try to solve every problem for us. I recommend Dr Baez. Why do you want to pay more? Just for new chairs and 55 TV? ok go and get it. I need a good dentist for the best price as possible Im not paying for decoration and expensive place....

Very sad experience. The office smells old and unpleasant. The staff is terrible, confused and speaks spanish more amongst themselves than english to all their english clients.. thats very uncomfortable and rude. The dentist seemed nice, concerned and helpful as far as the dental work but needs to know about the staff and keeping cleanliness done more often. I wouldnt RECOMMEND this office to a pet let alone another human being.

very professional and easy to talk to. the important thing is he has the hands of an angel.office is clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. i finally found a great dentist and recommend him to everyone. All the negative reviews these people are writing must be because they have no life and are negative about everything.
