I am only giving a 2 star review because they have very friendly staff. I called made my appointment for three weeks out (earliest appointment) on a Monday morning I got a call asking if I would like to come in earlier because they had cancellations. I thought wow how nice thats awesome! So I got a appointment for that Wednesday at 10am. They asked me to arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork work. I was there at 9:40. There was one other guy waiting. I filled out my stuff and handed to the girl at 9:55 or so. Then comes 10:15 and I havent even been called back. So I asked the (really nice) girl at the desk whats going on and before I could finish my sentence she ran back. Which I though was slightly rude you should allow someone to finish there thought. But she came back to tell me the dentist had an emergency and is running late...... but offered to sit me back in the room. I said absolutely not, just so I can wait in the back? And told her to cancel me and not only me but my boyfriend for next week. A couple issues I have with the above situation. 1. Yes emergencies do come up however the professional thing to do would have been to tell me at 9:45 or even 10. 2. Secondly I was getting a cleaning. Who does cleanings? A hygienist. So why did it matter the dentist had a emergency I am unsure. 3. She lied there was no emergency she over booked because they took back a guy at 10 and I heard the noise( they were drilling or cleaning) 4. I never needed to come in on a earlier date you called my phone asking me to come in. I even let them pick the time and day.... so if your one of those people who dont mind waiting this is the place for you. You only got a 2 because of the pleasant girl in the front.

I am not one that enjoys writing one star reviews, but after experiencing the same service twice I felt I needed to say something to hopefully help someone. Unless you enjoy being bombarded with random toothbrushes and toothpaste you should purchase I do not recommend this dentist for you. Also after being told I needed over $700.00 worth of cavity work done I got a second opinion from a different dentist that said I did not have a single cavity that they said I had. This last time I went they totally forgot to have the dentist look at my teeth at the end. By the time they realised that they had forgot they were so rushed (because they had spent so much time trying to sell me stuff) that they had the dentist spend less than a minute or two poking around my teeth. Im sorry but for a patient that you think has eight or nine cavities you should probably spend more time checking on those to see if they have gotten worse. I will not be returning to this place and I do not recommend you go there unless you have a bunch of extra money you want to throw at problems you dont have.

These girls pretty much saved my life. Emergency services cost money - and they made it so much less painful than it could be. Also did a great job getting me back on a good hygiene program!
