I visited Northbridge Dental in Roswell for a few different problems I was experiencing. I had been to a few other dentists before this, being that I am new to the Atlanta area. The reason I will stay with Northbride Dental is for the sole purpose of honesty and the professional work that has been done. Dr. Hammond has been a great help in that he keeps me informed about what is going on. He took his time with me and made me feel like I was the only patient there. I told him the problems that I was having and we created a treatment plan that has taken care of me and has kept me out of the pain I was experiencing. Also, he has been available immediately for anything I have needed. So far I have had 2 fillings done and a crown and aesthetically they are beautiful. From looking at them, you wouldnt be able to tell that they arent a part of the tooth originally. I have always had a problem trusting dentists because I never knew what was going on other than the little that they told me in the few minutes I saw them. But with Dr. Hammond I can say I trust him and know that with him I am in good hands.

At first glance I wasnt so sure about this place, but after my first visit I knew I was going to stick with it. The waiting room is bland and has less than stellar reading material. But I didnt choose this dentist office based on a fancy building or an exciting waiting room. I chose it because the staff was very accommodating and friendly, and my Dr. (Dr. Hammond) took his time with me and made me feel very comfortable, making sure I wasnt feeling any pain. I have since had three cavities filled, and a teeth cleaning. They have all been good experiences (or at least as good as going to the dentist can be!) I would and have recommended Northbridge dental to friends and family.

All I have to say is WOW! I went in to Northbridge Dental for a routine exam and discovered that I needed to have a filling on a hard to reach molar in the back of my mouth. I scheduled a follow up visit for the next day and they were very accommodating of my work schedule. Doctor Hammond was very friendly and really took his time to talk me through the whole process of exactly what was going to happen. I felt no pain through the entire procedure, and he finished my filling in record time! Its so nice when a Dentist takes his time to really make you feel comfortable. Theyve made a repeat customer out of me for sure.

This practice took advantage of my elderly husband. He had a "comprehensive oral exam/establish new patient" and many x-rays called a "complete intraoral series." These two cost $122 rather than $216 because he got a senior discount from a coupon. He did not get a cleaning which was the purpose of his visit because he was told that the cleaning would cost $891. I know there are dental practices that are more reasonable.

Office staff was friendly but I showed up EARLY (like 20) minutes early to the appointment to do paperwork. At almost an hour later my child had not been called. I sat here listening to them talk about other clients.
