I really didnt want to leave one star but unfortunately Google makes you pick at least one. This is by far the worst eye care center Ive ever been too. Ive been going to this establishment for 3 years and its always something. Every. Single. Time. Out of everything that has happened this one is what has finally made me find a new doctor. I ordered contacts and TWICE.. they put the L and the R on the wrong box making me waste lenses. So TWICE I had to go back to get the lenses I was owed for the offices stupid mistake. Well since I had been going here for 3 years I decided to put it behind me because hey its a new year and called today to order contacts. Thank goodness the people at the front desk quickly reminded me of why I will never bring another cent to this place. They LIED and said they were out of my prescription trial lenses because I had recently came up there twice for trails. No! I came up there twice because the employees in that office are illiterate and dont know their left from their right. I WILL be filing a formal complaint to the state.

I am very impressed, and have a new eye Doc! I was going to an optometrist off of Main St in Newark for over a year, and wasnt satisfied with the service, or my current prescription, so I decided to try Simon Eyes Fox Run location. My appointment was with Dr. Brian Gardner, and my experience was a pleasant surprise. Dr. Gardner was very polite, he helped my to understand my prescription options, answered all my questions, but most importantly, he was extremely thorough in making sure my prescription was correct, he even ran several short test to ensure accuracy. Great service , and I have a noticeable improvement in my vision with my new contacts.

Picked up my $350.00 Prescription sunglasses yesterday. Mind you that its for lenses only, I had my own frames. I was not given my original lenses back when I picked them up. That was only yesterday. Was told today, "Sorry you needed to ask for them back yesterday." Hold on, I (Repeat I) owned those lenses not Simon Eye. How one day cost me a 300.00 pair of back up lenses is now my fault according to them. Uhg! Total horsecrap!

The staff has always been friendly, courteous, and accomodating. I find as a practice when they say they strive for better all the time, they actually mean it. I also enjoy that the office hours are longer including nights and weekends which is great when you have a busy family life/kids. I used to use the Vision Center of Delaware and loathed practically every visit. With Simon Eye, its a welcomed 180!

We finally found eye doctor we all like hes great. Would recommend him to all my family and friends. Joseph Senall,O.D. Very much a people person and actually listens to you. And a doctor to boot. Ha! The girls in the office are great also. Very helpful and helped me and my daughter find the glasses that fit us perfectly and we liked them. Ha!! Little high on there prices but thats everywhere.

Fantastic experience! Everyone is so nice and very professional. The doctors and interns are friendly and compassionate. They take the time to explain the procedures and to make sure you are comfortable. They seem to keep up with the times by adding and updating the equipment used to diagnose your issue.
