I picked out and ordered my glasses May 31, 2016 at 9:30a.m. The woman told me it would take 7-10 business days for my glasses to come in or even sooner. I waited 10 days and still no call to come pick up my glasses. So I called them and they told me it should take 2 weeks from when I ordered them. I waited two weeks and still no phone call. I called them once again and they told me that they should be in by the end of the second week or early third week. Today is June 23rd (a little over 3 weeks) and I still do not have my glasses! I will NEVER be going back to this place again. Today is June 29, 2016 and they just gave me a call that my glasses are ready (1 month later).

I never give anything one star but this place wins it. Dont appreciate most of the "exam" done by a tech, my daughter was a first time contact lense wearer and they had no patience with her and when she told them she wasnt seeing well and they felt funny, they didnt want to hear it. They made her go 2 weeks like that and then said "oh well those arent really the greatest lenses anyway" well put you in something more comfortable. Dr Moyer was very cold and stand-offish. They treated us like we were an imposition. Never again

I cannot believe these people call themselves "professionals!!". I have been requesting a copy of my perscription for OVER a week and they are rude or telling me NONE of the three different fax numbers provided will work. Really>? BEWARE of any location!! Have called managers and "so called" director and left messages to no avail. I have a daughter that cannot see because they are not capable of faxing her glasses perscription!! This is ridiculous!!

I have complete confidence in this place. I had cataract surgery by Dr Doyle - it will change my life. Each visit I saw 4-5 specialists - each did a specific measurement or test. I cant speak to the other reviews, except I am 70, grouchy, but others are grouchier than me, I guess. I dont trust my eyes to just anyone. I am concerned with outcomes, not if I have to wait 10 minutes.

Unfortunately I couldnt give a o .Dr m.the worst.he doesnt listen,vision became a 100% worse since seeing him.I suggest to go elsewhere too everyone.now seeing a dr. From wills eye,it has taken 13months of treatment for my eyes to stable,still cant work and they said I had 20/20 vision.please go on Google or any and ck credentials

Rude tech and staff. Seriously arguing with me because I cant see with the lens I told them last week wasnt working. "Im trying to tell you". Really??? How about listening to your patients. Will be looking for a new optometrist.

$75 fitting fee for contacts, not covered by insurance! Beware of their my contacts store, its convenient but a lot more expensive. The staff is very nice and helpful but its a money trap.

These people SUCK!!! You can never reach anyone or get anything done easily. The worst medical grout I have ever dealt with in my 72 years on this planet! Going to find someone better.
