I would caution anyone considering this eye practice to make sure you contact your VISION provider to make sure this provider is IN-NETWORK under your VISION policy. My medical insurance provider assured me this provider was IN-NETWORK (which is correct but they are not in-network for my vision policy, which is why I called to ask in the first place - - make sure you double check with your vision (at a separate number), youll thank me later!). Carim also stated they accept Davis Vision as well (Vision Insurance, they neglected to tell me they do NOT accept my specific Davis Vision plan and instead charged me through the medical portion of my insurance causing me to pay my $60 specialist co-pay). This is exactly why they kept asking me about a referral. I had told them I do not need a referral for a vision exam because Im in-network. I should have ran the other way instead of having my family doctor send over a referral. My free annual exam ended up costing me $95 at check-out instead! A $60 co-pay for a specialist visit (under medical, not vision) and $35 for refraction (under medical, not vision). Why? Because this office does not accept my specific Davis Vision Plan and rather than tell me that information after I specifically asked them if I was in-network for my vision exam they submitted my insurance as a medical visit rather than a vision visit and charged me a specialist co-pay. They never told me they did not accept my Davis Vision Plan nor did they tell me they would be charging me a specialist fee through medical insurance or even that they would be using my medical insurance plan (although they continually asked for a referral). Dont you think they should offer this information BEFORE ones exam and/or procedure? Well, in my case, they did not. In my opinion, that was SHADY, especially when at check-in you let the receptionist know youre there for your FREE annual routine eye exam. I will never go there again.

My family has used both Dr. Forni and Dr Stone. Doctors very thoughtful and make good suggestions. They provide free samples to try on new contact products and run an efficient business.

Very busy office. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Aikey has been patching my retina for almost two years now.
