The doctor was really nice as were the others that I encountered. When I scheduled the appointment I asked how long it would take and I was told about 45 minutes, because I needed to get to work and that time slot wouldve allowed me and hour and 15 minutes. Everything the doctor needed to do was handled in a timely manner. When it was time to see the gentleman that was supposed to go over my insurance info, I waited 45 minutes to see him before telling them I needed to go. He was chatting it up with another patient, which is a good thing but when theres someone else waiting to see you, you should probably try to expedite the situation. I was in uniform and pacing around the place so its not like I went unnoticed, I just waited entirely too long and have nothing to show for it as I wasnt able to get any information about which selection would be best for me to focus on for my insurance to cover, let alone order anything. I think Im just going to get my prescription and just go elsewhere to get me glasses or order them online. UPDATE: I received a call to make things right, and they offered 50% off of a pair of sunglasses. GREAT! Except, not really. I ordered everything 2 weeks ago and I was told I would have my glasses in a week, which would be last Tuesday. As of Friday, I hadnt heard anything sad I had to call and was told they would be in that day. Well the sunglasses had purple lenses and a huuuuge chip in the lens. I was really disappointed. Now today as Im cleaning my regular glasses I notice a small chip in these lenses, as well. No reason for that. Ive only had them for 3 days! extremely unsatisfied with how everything (besides the exam itself) has gone.

Dr. Breedlove has been my optometrist for at least ten years and he is outstanding. Even though I am quite near-sighted in one eye, the other eye is almost 20/20. This, along with my astigmatism, makes fitting glasses a challenge, but Dr. Breedlove has never failed to come with a prescription that has me seeing 20/15. I cant ask for more than that. And his Optician, Rob, is a true professional who works with me one-on-one to ensure that I get the right fit in lenses and frames. I highly recommend this practice.

Because my family and I have been with them so long its as if the staff is part of my family, greeting me by name, happy to see me, etc. Informative and thorough with the exam, patient when explaining insurance and benefits and a great selection of frame.
