I had an appointment at 12. Arrived at 1150. At 1230 I still had not been taken back. The girl at the desk was very uninterested. She proceeded to tell me how short staffed they were. She told me that I could come back tomorrow as a walk in and get in quicker. So basically dont bother making an appointment and plan on spending hours there.

Sometime the blood draw hurts, sometimes not. Always a different technician, some better than others. Never had a bad experience there (as I did from a mobile blood draw gal at my doctors office who stuck me repeatedly, no blood so she tried the back of my hand! Wow did that hurt and I walked out to go back to Quest.)

Had blood work done here and had the pleasure of meeting their manager and other office staff. They mad us feel at ease and welcome. The only thing I feel they need to change is they have no chairs in the lobby for their plus size patients. We had to have a seat outside in the heat until our names were called.

Elizibeth the receptionist is rude and ignores you when you try to check in. Appears to hate her job. Phone number does not allow you to speak to anyone. Horrible attitude in the office. Slow and inefficient. Only pleasant person in the office is Lacresia. She is awesome

I am a very hard stick, Ellie was very quick and pleasant. She was the best one I have ever experienced there , in the 8 years I have using this lab.And she didnt fish either. I really hope she is still there when I need to go again.

Usually superior. Today first tech failed to be able to draw my blood. second tech opted to have another try it instead. Third tech was successful but it was much more painful than usual. This was NOT a good day for THEM nor ME!

Ive had several blood draws at Quest and the technicians vary in their skill levels. Ive had many large black and blue marks with some, while others leave no marks on my arm.
