When i first went to the clinic Dr. Jessica Coleman and her nurse crystal took me straight under their wing and got to working on what all i needed. I have several health issues and until i met them, ignored them because i had very little trust in any doctors. They were the sweetest , kindess, most trustworthy i had the pleasure to encounter and after a year, finally had me on a regimine that worked for me... Long story short, Dr Jess had to leave and along came Danielle Cardwell in all her fake glory, telling me, no u dont need this and now u have to go here to stay on that, which were all dead ends, and even at the request of another therapist not to drop 2 certain medications until i could get into another dr, she denied them all. But the kicker was when she took back an important insulin i need to maintain my blood sugar and i now have to do without all of my medications from diabetes,nueropathy,ptsd,anxiety,and depression... She is unprofessional(also words from other drs and therapists) and i would not recommend anyone to see her. She is one of those smile in your face then walk out the door and judge u kind of drs... She gets pleasure from her authority figure and now im left struggling with diabetes hypertension,nueropathy,anxiety,depression, etc while being a single mother to 4,and 2 of those special needs... Why cant they at at least direct me to someone who can help? My worst fear is somethings going to happen to me while alone wiyh my babies

Im really unhappy with the way things run at this clinic. For starters, the women in the front office area are often rude, condescending, and lazy. They cannot be trusted to give accurate information about anything going on at the clinic. Each one of them will give you a totally different answer to a question. Often Ill be told that theyll have to ask someone about a question of mine and that theyll call me when they have the answer. Do they actually call? NO! They are unbelievably disorganized, make you feel unwelcome, and could care less about you as a patient. Originally I was a patient of Dr. Johnson and can honestly say he is a good man and a good doctor that I will exempt from the low rating I gave this facility. Hes the only decent professional Ive encountered working at this place. However, I was shifted from his care to another doctor when I gained insurance and it was a nightmare from that point on. I was told by this doctor that I had a disease that I thought was so unlikely I actually had that I immediately started trying to find another opinion. Sure enough, the second opinion I got revealed absolutely ZERO evidence of this disease. I also saw one nurse practitioner that blatantly lied to my face and caused me a lot of hassle and headache I didnt need. If you have any other options besides this clinic, please dont waste your time coming here. All they will do is drain your time, your wallet, and your sanity.

Went to this clinic today because I have been having womens health issues that have me really concerned. They require 3 paystubs. Well, I just started working, so I only have 2. The case manager was nice and understood how urgent womens health issues can be, so she asked her supervisor if they could accept my 2 paystubs for now, and allow me to see the doctor. Supervisor flat out said no, and the rude and uncaring receptionist asked me when I was available, and I told her Thursday, and she said they didnt have any case managers available until next Monday...okay, then why ask me when Im available...so basically, they are denying me an appointment to see why my body is completely out of whack based on the fact that I cannot provide one of three paystubs for the simple reason I dont have 3 yet. This is why people end up in the ER with a huge bill... or dead from lack of diagnosis/treatment. Smh Going to Planned Parenthood for help (much as I hate the things they stand for). Maybe they will be helpful. This is messed up!

This is the biggest joke I have ever seen. They are extortionists. They admittedly can not help me with my serious medical issues but want to charge me full price to get my needed meds re-filled. Every time I have to change providers I go through the same thing with my scripts because one of them is a controlled substance. They even made me take and pay for a drug test! The new provider said she didnt know me... can she not look at a chart?? These "nurses" and "doctors" are completely rude, and unqualified. There are one or two exceptions but they dont stay there long. I have been told by two specialists that I have severe COPD but the little "nurse" there says I am just fine and my lungs are in great shape. I have now had a cardiologist tell me I am in heart failure because my lungs are in such bad shape. I HATE THESE PEOPLE

So you can rest assured that any of the providers you see at PCHC you will be very satisfied and well taken care of and in good hands

Been at the PCHC for about 8 years now and most of the time Ive been there, Ive been pleased with my service. Ive been a patient with Jenni Straciner and Jessica Coleman. They are the sweetest women you will ever meet; along with there nurses, Jenny and Krystal! I would definitely recommend PCHC!

Every time I call either they dont answer or answer and say can you hold for a min and after 10-20 min on hold I hang up so usually go there which is ridiculous and every time there isnt but a couple of ppl waiting and there always one eating while the other girl is conversating

I love the Hope Clinic! The nurses are always friendly! And I wont get into my Dr, Dr Angela Crague! Shes the best Dr Ive ever had! She listens to me and her door is always open for conversation! She always show genuine concern for my health and well being!

Terrible terrible. Jennifer is hands down the rudest lady Ive ever met. How they hired this lady idk. I would never reccimend her to anyone. Dr. Lenny is also extremely rude and rushed me out of her room in 10-15 min without hearing anything I said.

Bluecare Sent my daughter to this office. Wont answer or return calls. Left a message twice and nothing yet. Called multiple times the past couple days! Very mad since my daughter needs to see a doctor
