No se porque hacen cita y no cumplen la hora estuvimos esperando 2 horas y una enfermera nos dijo que el doctor está con alumnos internos que por eso lo podía atendernos de verdad deberían venir una auditoría de que tipo de trabajo hacen los que trabajan allí porque los únicos perjudicados por son los pacientes y ellos no piensan en eso estoy totalmente descontenta con la calidad de profesionales hay allí y como si uno pagaria la atención que pena deberían buscar buenos profesionales Que dean calidad de atención

Para hacer una cita me dejaron esperando casi 30 minutos. Me contestaron y ni me preguntaron nada solo que esperara. Cuando les dio la gana me tomaron los datos. Pésimo

El servicio más malo que existe te hacen esperar tanto mientras los recepcionistas se ponen a conversar y el paciente esperando la gana que a ellos le de atenderte así cualquiera trabaja

Terrible. I was there from 2:30 to the time they closed. They are so slow. The girls in the lab didnt know what they were doing. They took everything as a joke. So unprofessional. The phones dont even work; youre always on hold for like 10-20 minutes.

Customer service here is hoooorible! They let you wait on the phone for almost an hour to speak to someone and then when you finally think you are going to speak to a human being they hang up on you. They dont care at all about you.

Worst staffing so far and I was thinking about becoming a potential patient at this location. The receptionist always put you on hold and seem very imcompetent. I would not even bother wanting to go in there.

Dont go to this facility. If you need to make an appointment, they put you on hold. I am usually on hold for an hour and then I just give up and hang up. Its ridiculous. Needs new management!!!
