I have been a patient at Community Health Associates for over 20 years! They have a wonderful staff and team of doctors who care and connect with me about my health and take the time to ensure that I receive the proper attention on every visit. I have always received the best quality of attention and care. I would recommend anyone looking for quality of care with great staff and doctors to make an appointment. You will not be disappointed!!!

I absolutely love Cheryl Rosenthal and Dr. Modwell. I have not had the pleasure of meeting their associate yet. Cheryl has been my doctor for many years now and has helped me tremendously with my many unique health issues. I have seen Dr. Modwell on 2 occasions and found her to be thorough in her approach while being cautious in prescribing antiobiotics when not necessary. The are both easy to get an appointment with when needed quickly.

She is caring and takes the time to listen and does not rush you through the visit. I would recommend her highly to anyone needing the attention provided by an APRN.

This doctors office is a complete zoo. You cant get them on the phone, they scheduled me for appointments and then did not have a record of them when I showed up, and they bill for things that are covered by insurance. This office is an absolute disaster.
