My wife has been coming here for a while, I can honestly say this place is useless. They will refuse to refill medications because they havent seen her, but never bother telling her when shes due for an appointment or schedule follow-ups. Once she almost had to go to the ER because her doctor let her meds run out and wasnt returning her calls. They also told her they plan to give a drug test to ALL of their patients, for purposes of weeding them out supposedly but as they plan on charging insurances I suspect its just to make money. Dont waste your time here, behavioral health is the only department worth a damn.

This place is a waste of life and tax payers dollars and waste of time .they are better off closing this place down and just expand the real clinics that exist where nurses and doctors actually come to work. Southwest clinic services are about equivalent to auto zone and dmv services.
