Ive now been to this quest twice, both times with an appointment. They do not honor appointments at this location. The office is much too small for the demand. During both visits, I had to sit outside in the hallway. Wait time exceeds 30 minutes (even with appointment). It is worth driving out of the way if you can to avoid this location. Staff does not greet you upon entering and they have plenty of time to talk to one another.

I needed to get a test just before my flight to help me with some tricky treatment decisions. The other Quest lab didnt have the test kit I needed (I hadnt known I should call ahead) but Pat called around and found one and then called Joanne at the this Quest lab to rush me through. Joanne was fast and kind and gentle with me and incredibly helpful! Thanks so much!
