Avoid this place if you can. I had a scheduled appt on Saturday. I walked in and the place was full (about 15 people in the waiting area). I waited 45 minutes and decided to give up. LabCorp has only one technician working at this site. She was running around doing lab work and administrative duties at the same time. Few people told me they have been waiting for over an hour to get serviced. On top of that the lady was rude. She told one client to look at the clock behind her because she was too lazy to look at her hand watch to tell him the time (on top of that the clock behind her was 10 minutes ahead). I decided to call few other places around this area to get my blood work done. Closest one was Quest Diagnostics in Skokie (4801 W Peterson) which is lass than 15 minutes away. They had no line / no waiting at the time I called. It was no brainer to simply walk away and head over there. Quest had three technicians at their site and customer service was A+. Ladies and Gentlemen, save your time and patience - avoid LabCorp on Canfield Avenue and drive extra 10-15 minutes to Skokie. You will not be disappointed. This was my first and last experience with LabCorp. Typical company trying to save $ on hiring less techs to serve you. LabCorp is all about $ and zero customer service/satisfaction.

I made an appointment online for 8am for a drug test, and yes the system allowed me to make a specific appointment for a drug test at this time. There is a sign on the door that says drug tests dont start until 9am!!! I explained how I made this appointment online and it allowed me to schedule a drug test at 8am. He said I dont care we start at 9. I asked if I can fill out my paperwork earlier and get everything started and the rude person said that he will start my paperwork at 9am. At this point I was going to be an hour late for work and had no choice because my test had to be completed that day. I waited in the office for an hour. During this hour the two people that were working the location just sat around and chit chatted about politics, complained about their jobs to each other and did absolutely nothing! I will NEVER come here again!!

Im starting off nice :-) Receptionist was very pleasant, person who took my blood, very nice (although she did leave me with a HUGE bruise). Now the bad: the office, is disgusting! Dirty. Absolutely no privacy! Some poor man was there for a drug test, tech holds up his urine like it was a display piece, talking very rude to him, yelling across the office saying "reprint his paper work, hes not listening". I will never go back to this location. Staying with the place in Hinsdale.

Seems like many lab facilities no matter the company running them are high in the sucks category but this one sure takes the cake.... ONE person managing phones. and taking care of patients...not sure if its a cost-cutting effort.. but whenever the time of the year comes to submit to a work health insurance screening.. I dread it... dingy AND dirty facility...huge wait times...all in all...very bad experience and the company could care less to rectify the situation

I dont post reviews often, but this location was a bad experience and I figured someone else can avoid it if I post this. I waited over an hour for a urine drug screen. The staff was very unprofessional and rude. While I waited an hour, I witnessed countless patients being talked down to by the front desk lady. Do not go to this location unless it is your last resort.

I went in for a blood test. I waited only 5 minutes and the woman who drew my blood was very nice, professional and did a great job. There was a man in the waiting room making a scene and being extremely rude to the employee. She handled him really well and maintained her cool. I was a little worried to leave her there alone with him when I left.

The front desk staff was new, VERY slow, and was quite rude when I asked if I would be done within an hour after having already waited over 30 minutes without being checked in. The phlebotomist was nice and got my blood in one try which is unusual. Just prepare yourself for a long wait and be patient if you visit this facility.

Walked in at 1150am not one person in there and wad turned away due to the whole dtaff going on lunch at 12......and they couldnt take me cause they were too worried about their lunch in ten min like they couldnt go let me pee real quick and be gone In 5 min....wtf.....f this place
