I had no problem with customer service. I waked in without appointment, and walked out in 20 minutes. I went on a weekday around lunchtime. I was friendly to the staff and they were friendly to me. This was probably the best experience Ive had at any Quest location. Im fairly sure if you walk in with no appointment at a time when they are busy you wont have quite the same experience, but thats just the nature of the business.

The service has been very good. Ive been coming here for years. If you walk in with no appointment and there are people ahead of you, you might have a bit of a wait, thats normal for any clinic. I have hard to find veins, and they get blood the first time. Much better than other clinics and hospitals Ive been to.

My husband had an appointment today. He asked the girl in front a question and she was extremely rude. When she seen I was fluent in English and replied to her she changed her attitude. Discrimination at its best! The only thing I can say good about this place was that he was taken care of immediately.

This Quest Diagnostics is much like the others. Maybe its a phlebotomist thing where they all hate their jobs? The staff isnt the friendliest but they get the job done. I recommend making an appointment beforehand, because the wait can get long.

Was in there for an appointment and the African American woman at the front desk was so rude like we were bothering her. Why work with the public if you hate people so much? She was rude to the people that came in next also.
