The front receptionist was unprofessional and rude from the beginning. When I tried to give her my sons insurance card she pretended I wasnt standing there and kept doing other tasks besides check my son in in spite of the fact that we were 10 mins early. When I said excuse me would you like my sons insurance card she says no with an attitude and says she has everything she needs. After his scheduled appt. time then she begins asking my 18-year-old all these questions that I can only answer. By now Im back in the car and I have to come back inside with my one-year-old baby who was sleeping in the car comfortably. After coming inside I wait 10 mins and another patient finishes with the dentist and wonders where the receptionist is and asks for her out loud but leaves because she cant be helped. Afterwards, my baby begins to make noise after waking up and she rudely comes up to me and leaves her desk to say - "you can go back to the car now as we cant have any noise in the office". I flat out told her I wouldnt have been in here if it wasnt for you not paying attention the first time. She just ignored me and rolled her eyes at me. My son did get his teeth cleaned by the hygienist quickly, but its unfortunate we had to be dealt this way or in this manner. Its sad that this dentist has to have a rude individual working for him.

doctor is excellent. I was very stressed out preparing to have a tooth removed and I called my wife out in the parking lot prior to the extraction. she reminded me how well doctor is with our children. he is a very patient and understanding doctor and I recommend him to anyone

Dr. Saoji is amazing! I chipped my front tooth one night n by 8am, it was like nothing had happened at all. My tooth is better than the original. Im so happy with the results, care and attention detail taken. Great experience! Now go see him to have one too!
