I had an eye exam done at Ellet Eye Care for the first time this week. The first thing I noticed when i walked in was how nice and open and clean the place is. I walked straight to the front desk where I was greeted by a very friendly woman working there. She took just a little of my information (im a first time patient) which took all of about 3 minutes. And just like that, the doctor was already standing there, ready for me to follow her back to the examination room. I can not say enough good about the doctor. She really was so informative regarding how my diabetes can affect my eyes. I really appreciated the time she took to explain this to me. It was very obvious that this eye doctor is sincere about the health of my eyes and wants me to be knowledgeable about my condition. Thank you thank you for the time you spent with me! And finally, the nice woman that helped me select new frames for glasses. Very informative on pricing and I really appreciated her help in picking out frames that look just right for me. From start to finish, this was a quick, easy and pleasant visit. Thank you again, Ellet Eye Care!

I was amazed by how kind everyone from this office is. This is my 3rd eye care facility that I have been through and The first two were not horrible but just lacked person care. I had no idea how much I was missing out until my first few visits here. I feel at home here. The whole group really makes you feel important and will take the time to really make certain you feel comfortable and happy. I really cant say enough about their kindness and professionalism.

Went there for new glasses got ybe glasses after three week (seems kinda long) but my glasses seemed ok at first but a week later I am struggling again to see so I went back and all they want to tell me is its my diabetes thats why im having problems just so they dont have to replace glasses also the front girls are not very friendly at all very disapointed lived in ellet all my life

I was in and out. Came in a little early to fill out paper work. Was called back right at my time if not earlier. Whole thing took maybe 30 mins. Update: my appt was on a Thurs. I was told about 2 weeks for my glasses to come in. Today is the following Tuesday and I already have my glasses super quick!

Before we found Ellet Eyecare, we could not find a place that took our insurance. Kim took our information and was able to tell us our coverage in minutes compared to the others taking days just to tell us no. Very friendly staff, excellent Dr.

Everyone was helpful, and it did not take long at all for the doctor to find the right prescription for me. My glasses were inexpensive and ready for pick up in less than two weeks. When I need another pair I will definitely go back here.

My experience was okay. If not for Kim, i may have not come back. She is the most pleasant woman in the world and she genuinely cares about the service she provides to you as a customer. As long as Kim is there, i will be there.

Very unfriendly. Rude and Lazy. Asked them to call the specialist they sent me to so they could get the prescription for my glasses. The office manager said not her job.
