I would have given them 5 stars but they played dirty. I went there two weeks ago for the skin cancer screening and also for my toenails. That day i asked (the assistant) about my toenails. She took a look at them and told me to come back so we can start treatment. Guess what? There was no treatment and she knew all along. Everything that she told me on our second appointment, could have been said on my first appointment. Wasted my time and my insurance. These offices and companies just DONT understand. You cant be like this. People like me will let others know. Too bad. It could have been a great review from me.

Make you wait. High cost. Doctors are rushed and do not spend quality time with you. I waited 40 minutes to be seen (And I was the first appointment in the morning, I cant imagine how bad it would be towards the end of the day). The doctor spent 10 minutes with me for a consultation. The information I received could have been given to me on the phone and was conflicting with previous information their staff had given me. I received no treatment, but still had to pay for the office visit. Total waste of time and money.

Awful service. been there 5 times every time an issue. arrogant staff and rushed physician. Rushed to the point of writing an allergic to med twice in a row. not only that, but arguing with the patient for no specific reason. I switched after the last time when he prescribed a poor quality med that increased the irritation, and the minute my new dermatologist saw it, he was in an absolute shock. yea and what the heck is it with the 25$ fee if you miss your appt ???? Reception/front desk staff is sloppy. They called the pharmacy with my prescriptions but didnt bother to give them my phone number. How is the pharmacy supposed to tell me my prescriptions are ready for pick up without a phone number? Oh, and did I mention this was after they called to refill my prescriptions at a Walgreens in Akron, Ohio....when I just left their office...located in Columbus.

I had a great visit with them today for an annual skin exam. Yes, my appointment was fast, but it didnt feel too rushed or like the didnt care. They were efficient and friendly. I would rather that than sitting in the office waiting around for the Doctor running late. They also did my skin shave right then versus making me schedule a separate appointment like other dermatologists have.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You are just another patient to them, and they take any chance they can get to sell you one of their bulls*** products or procedures. Their treatment protocol is very cookie cutter and not specific to the patients needs.

I have used this office for about 10 years. They are always fast (less than 5 minute wait), friendly, reasonably priced (mole removal & biopsy was <$200), professional. I recommend them to my friends and family!
