DR Trott told me that when my prescription ran out to give him a call and he would prescribe it for me again. When I called him back after my prescription ran out I was told that I would have to come back in for another appointment and pay another $165 for the appointment. I feel that is misleading and simply lying. I know what works for my face and always has, I dont need to spend $165 every time I want to get a prescription. I have already had 2 appointments with him and they went exactly the same way. Look at my face for a minute or so and prescribe me the exact same face cream. Why should I pay $165 every time? He already knows my situation and that it hasnt changed.

Dr. Trott is NOT a dermatologist. He trained in internal medicine and did NOT do any formal dermatology training - AT ALL. This is false advertising. He is not a dermatologist and he tries to side step this with a few craftily selected words on his website and front door. Furthermore, he is NOT board certified. ALWAYS make sure your dermatologist is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology. As a patient, it is YOUR RIGHT to ask. Do not let unqualified physicians take care of you.

Waited over an hour for an appointment I was on time for. Cancelled due to long wait and how dirty the place was. Receptionist got super-snotty when I pointed out there are stains up and down the wall in the exam room. Was a little weirded out that she put on an R-rated movie on the tv in the waiting room, but that wasnt as appalling as the dirty conditions throughout the facility. The 2 stars are for the fact that both receptionists were very sweet, until I started complaining.
