Funny how my original review was removed. Someone in their office called our house a few months ago asking us to remove the negative comment. I had multiple bad experiences here which caused me to warn others about this place. Every time we made an appointment, we showed up on time and waited almost an hour every time. No sorry or warning or anything. 5 appointments. Beyond the respect for their patients time, the doctor and her assistant have no idea what it means to keep the privacy of their patients, private. I was having a procedure done and the assistant was talking about how she didnt sleep for over 24 hours and was giving me a shot - and laughing about it. Then, the doctor comes in the room and is discussing my options and other private matters with the door open and then proceeds to start the procedure with the door still open. No professionalism. That was almost the last straw until I gave them one more chance and made an appointment with Dr. Bressack. Nothing changed. I waited an hour in the patient room, and finally approached the front desk about having to wait for an hour yet again, and all they did was say the doctor will be right in. No sorry or feeling bad or anything. Waited another 10 minutes and finally doctor came in. Didnt say sorry or anything. Gave me a script and then finished the appointment within 10 minutes. Just poorly managed, poor bedside manner and poor customer service. Not just once or twice - we had multiple bad experiences here so thought to share with others because I would want to know this information before making an appointment.

Its unfortunate how a few people can ruin the reputation of a very good practice. The majority who are satisfied see no reason to go online. I know this because I am the office manager. I have worked for this practice over 30 years and in that time there has been very few complaints. Dr Bressack has been in practice for over 30 years and has worked hard to maintain his enormous compassion for his patients and never changing his kind disposition. Dr Garlapati joined our practice in 2015 and he also shares the same tremendous compassion towards his patients many of which consist of advanced skin cancers which he treats daily. All of our patients that see either doctor are very appreciative and often relay how "we are one of the most professional offices they have been to". The Doctors know their field and if your visit seems short, trust me, they know what they are doing. We have thousands of patients in our database and 99.9% of them are very happy and extremely grateful for the care they receive. This post speaks on behalf of all those thousands of patients who do not feel the need to go online but are healthier and happier because of the care they received here. Whether it is Dr Garlapati removing an advanced skin cancer or Dr Bressack getting his patients psoriasis under control, this post is for those thousands of patients appreciative of them. If you are not satisfied with your level of care, ask for the office manager. I share Dr Bressack and Dr Garlapatis level of compassion and we can work it out together.

After 2 years of my daughter going to this place, I am still receiving a bill for $121, a bill that BCBS paid off. I tried calling these people to clear this issue. Oh, the threats of collections keep coming in on a monthly basis. What is worse about this joint is that they claim to offer laser treatment. When my daughter got there, they told her they didnt offer it. Hello, are you people that damned stupid over there you dont know what services you offer? Stay far away from this clown operation.

Most of the doctors there are very nice and professional but the first practitioner I went to (shes not a full fledged dr) was heather upchurch. She was very unpleasant and borderline rude. Looked down on me for tanning and didnt hide it to say the least. Was too judgmental for my liking. On top of that, I developed some bad heat rash issues after I took the drug she gave me. Never had it in my life before and now I get it pretty often. Doesnt feel coincidental.

Left work early to make my 3 oclock appointment. When I got there they were very rude and made me sit for almost an hour before I finally gave up! When I told them that I was leaving because of how long it took they were very disrespectful and wanted to argue with me . Dont waste your time going to such an unprofessional place. There are too many other wonderful doctors in the area to go to.

Wonderful doctors AND staff here! Have been going to Dr. Bressack for years and now my daughter has been going to Dr. Garlapati. BOTH are FANTASTIC! They take their time, explain anything we need. Office staff is fantastic, helpful, friendly and the assistants to the doctors are FANTASTIC as well! Weve been to other dermatology offices in NW Indiana and this one is the BEST!!!

Had a visit for hormonal acne and was prescribed a medication which the Dr promised would not cause any weight gain. The prescription cost $100, even with great insurance. It did also cause me to gain over 20 pounds in a month! I read further about it online and realized how many other women had the same complaint. Not going back to pay $100 and be lied to.

After her cleared my acne(which I am sooo happy about), got botox done here by doctor garlapati and looks awesome! Last place I went to my eyelid drooped after but dr here explained to me what he was doing and looked so much better. worth it for sure. Will be coming back for more!

Had a miscommunication with an employee which caused me to make a wasted trip out there. but it was fairly quickly resolved after one of the head physicians in the office personally called and resolved. I rescheduled my appointment and hope to have a better experience :)

Better be able to pay in full at day of service. I would rather owe a loan shark than these people. After an agreed payment plan I still get a $10 monthly charge and threatened with collections.
