I went there for a simple physical and I never used my health insurance for 3 years I am a Christian and rely on God and prayer to Him through Jesus Christ for my healing. I go there and hope to get my blood checked to make sure its all good the results didnt even tell me what I wanted to see and my insurance company sends me an invoice of how much I saved by a simple physical which is way to high physicals arent suppose to be as high as they are anyway I open this other piece of mail and it says I owe 155 bucks pretty much the physical was suppose to be complimentary I never go to the doctor and this is most of the reason because many are money hungry twisted corperations, not in it to truly help people they actually cause more problems by unfairingly billing us, it says the physician Michael Conrad asked for lab tests that I didnt approve of, I made it clear if it wasnt included in the free physical I didnt want it, sometimes I am in awe of the twisted systems out there especially where we need it the most in healthcare and hospitals etc. I do not reccommend this place.

This place has really slacked off on care. I have been in to the urgent care twice for the same thing the first time I was called in fairly quick but then had to wait for the doctor who was having a personal conversation with one of his friends about his BMW... as I was feeling so sick with a high fever and strep throat. On the second visit witch was for basically the same thing because I was not feeling any better I wait 30 min to have urgent care call anyone up after their open time because the nurses were chit chatting away about energy drinks among other personal things. Once I finally got to see the doctor he then tells me he doesnt know why I was prescribed the mess I had been on for 3 days already that I had become resistant to them and that is why I was not getting better he gave me stronger mess to kill the step and fevers. I not only paid twice for the same service but all my time and unpaid time off I had to take at work really set me back. Its rediculous how little they really care about patient care.

My husband was very ill and I had to take him to this facility on Monday. Being that he had already reviewed this place online and noticed they had bad reviews he didnt want to go there. I took him anyways and let me just say the assistant who came in to take his temp & vitals was extremely rude. Didnt let him know what his temp was or his blood pressure. She wasnt wearing a name tag.(lucky for her) I tryed calling for 4 days straight to complain to the office manager Olivia and she only returned my call once 2 days later but I was working and missed the call. As of today Im still waiting.. I will never go back there again!!!!!!

The doctors took little time to check me as if it wasnt important. They ignored all the symptoms i had that were indicating colon cancer, i am not getting better and the pain is getting worse and they refused to run tests.... Dr linia strommer told me to my face my inssurance wouldnt pay for the tests and i couldnt afford a ppo inssurance because those cost 500$+ a month. They dont really care for you they care about the money. When i told her i would pay for the test cash she sais thousands of dollars and you couldnt afford it

I was for 13 years and now ia the WORSE CLINIC EVERRRRRR the people the front are all Useless i was just 15 min . late n they wouldnt see my son and he ia very sick the doctors shouldnt be like that they should be able to see your children just for been late 15 min REALLY.... n is not the 1st time so am changing doctors... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE THEY ARE NOT GOOD....... I really DONT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC i waited to long to change but never to late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place was horrible. The check in went quick but the wait to just get in a room was forever. Once in a room it took forever again. She literally spent like 5 minutes with me. She ordered an xray to get it elsewhere.. keep in mind 3hours later.. the radiology dept is already closed. Its friday. I have to wait until monday. I got a bandage wrap and thats it. A complete waste. If only they would have told me they sent xrays out. I would have never waited.

Actually this is a review of the whole Pinnacle Group that in my experience isnt worth the words it takes to write this review. They are one of the most DIS- organized groups of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They dont care and are very lax doing referrals as well as not wanting to solve a complicated health problem. If its not easy then they just move on to the next patient and let you suffer.

The nurses are dismissive and rude. They have little to no empathy. My Dr. Is very nice and does take time with me, his nurse is something yet to be desired. They have a bad habit of making changes and not informing all of the patients. For example the hours of operation. And cancelling contracts and not in forming you that you have a new Dr. I never had these problems till I came here .

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME HEALTH AND SANITY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE EXAMPLE OF THE WORST KIND OF HEALTH CARE. 6 weeks to get appt. OUTRAGEOUS ! Rude, condescending appt makers that seem to think they know better than me or a doctor (CRAZY). And just try to get your scripts on time. It sucks to only be taking part of what you need! I am very happy with the Pediatric Department. Dr. McGrath is friendly and I believe her to be an exceptional physician. She ALWAYS make the time to listen to my concerns and is never hesitant to write a referral when needed. My sister used to take her children to Dr. McGrath before she moved out of state and recomended her to me. I am so glad she did.

I hate this place!! They take an hour plus to call you!! Doctors are not friendly and dont have any knowledge of treatment!!! Kim the supervisor in rialto is very unprofessional and rude!!
