I finally transferred out of here, to a new doctor/group. The last time I was here I simply needed an answer on a referral that they were supposed to have made, that I couldnt seem to get over the phone. It took me over an hour to get that answer. One question. This poor lady with a baby next to me had been waiting 2+ hours for an apt and ended up leaving, while another girl was at 3, and a man across from me also at 3 hours. All of them wee trying to get answers regarding their wait and no one could give any. On top of that, my first visit was to get medicine refills pending a psych referral, to which the doctor saw me for five minutes and told me flat out I didnt need that it was all in my head. Im sorry, but he is a medical doctor, not a psych. Its a basic medication for ADHD and while I understand the debate and opinions on the subject, you dont just stop a medication flat out without any other consideration. So I debated with him and he ended up writing the refill, which he actually wrote incorrectly. The pharmacy said this medicine, as he wrote it, didnt even make sense, and so it took them a day to call the clinic and figure it out. Poor ladies just rolled their eyes at this clinic and admitted to the struggle they consistently have with them. The last time I was sick I opted for an urgent care and then was referred to the ER. I still received better care... Maybe its time for these people to find new professions if they are that burnt out to give quality service?

Horrible and terrible the worst clinic that I have been.... Tienen un muy mal servicio sólo para dar un papel de un físico me an traído ya dos semanas para arriba y para abajo que llame luego y marco me tienen en espera y nunca contestan Luego fui y me dijeron que disque la encargarda no estába ese día... El día que fui a hacer el físico porque no lo pudieron llenar pero no resulta que ya se había ido el doctor y mi cita era a la 1 y salí hasta las 6... Total terrible pecimo servicio si por mi fuera no le ponía ni una estrella

I will not be going back to a Metropolitan Family Clinic after taking my son to get his shots ready to start kindergarten. We had an appointment but waited 3 hours. Its really a shame because the paediatrician we saw was really lovely but the medical assistant that did my sons shots barely talked to us at all. She seemed to not know what she was doing, or not care- like when squeezing blood from his finger she was holding his hand up, and I had to point out to her that holding it down would help the blood flow out. Then after squeezing blood out of his finger for 2 minutes with his arm in the air, which he sat through no problem, she put the needles right in front of him. When he was scared and started to cry, she didnt try to talk to him or calm him, she just went to get the other MA, who pinned him down while screaming to do his shots. Then when it was over there was no talk, she packed up her things and walked out. I had to ask her whether we were done. I would not want anybody elses child to have that same experience.

Horrible experience here! The staff is always rude and has no idea what they are doing. If you plan on calling for an appointment or anything else be prepared to wait over 40 mins on the phone just to have someone tell you to continue holding and end up hanging up on you! I had an appointment and the nurse literally turned around and started texting thinking I couldnt see her. Not only that but I was told everything was fine during my follow up appointment and the next time I went I was told my labs were abnormal and I was told otherwise. I asked for a copy of my labs and was told I couldnt get them even though they were obviously reviewed. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone! They need new staff that is properly trained especially in customer service. I understand we are all humans and mistakes happen but it seems everytime I go there they always mess up so I will be changing to a different medical group.

Puse las cinco estellas solo para que se vea mi opinion pero no se merecen ni una nunca se puede hacer una cita por telefono lo dejan esperando y si estas en la clinica son tres horas. Esperando para que te vea el doctor solo cinco minutos y para que te hagan una cita. Mas de 45 minutos esperando no sirve la clinica y su personal los doctores son otra cosa pero el personal no sirve no recomiendo la clinica por esa razon

This clinic is horrible !!!!!!!! The girl who anwsers the phone is sooooo rude ! She left me on hold for 5mins i hung up and called back she put me on hold again for another 5 min. I called back and she claimed she did leave me on hold ????? This place claims to take walk-in from 8-10am then again 1-3pm but they very well know you are never going to be seen .......there just wasting everyones time ! They dnt care if you sit and wait for 3 hrs just so they can say oh sorry the walk in time is over you will have come back for the afternoon walk- in time ?????? WOW this is why i pay for medical insurance ! To be treated like this and have to be subjected to sub par service ! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN !

The receptionist and most of the nurses are terrific people. There was only one doctor there that even treated me like a human instead of a number. The Doctor over the OB/GYN is holding my medical records for some unknown reason when she has no right to have them any way. I am lucky in that I am able to transfer to another care facility and was told I could pick my records up today. The doctor decided she had to give them to me and was not available when I got there to pick them up. A good friend of mine who is a retired physician said there is only one reason he could think of for her to be doing that and its probably her trying to change something in my records.

Same complaint! The girls here are so rude! Have no knowledge and know nothing of what a nurse should be like! ONE they r eating infront desk as they r signing u in. U talk with nurses that have RED fingers due to Hot cheetos! How disgusting! The doctor herself made my mother cry! Very RUDE! WOULDN'T RECCOMMEND NO ONE HERE. PLUS THEY R VERY DIRTY. I KNOW they serve familys with low income but you all need to better yourself to b able to talk on others! BE MORE PROFESSIONAL! Can't believe this place is still open! Worst part u can't complain to a manager cus there's none. I will be placing a complaint to San B county Health Department!!!!

Worst place ever we went there just to get a well childs check up and we sat in the waiting room for 2 and a half hours and then we finally get back there and we waited another hour till the nurse came in and checked me. We had to get me a flu shot and it took them 20 mins until the doctor had to remind them again so she finally comes in and gives me the shot and doesnt give me a bandaid and I was bleeding all over my white shirt and they didnt tell us if we where done or not. I do not recommended this place why so ever take you child to a different one because this place should be closed down. And the staff are really rude and disrespectful
